I like Jerry Sloan as our next coach, but IMO Jim Cleamons has a better shot at it than Shaw.

Shaw is the leading candidate because he knows this Laker team and he played with Kobe and Fish after him I think the Lakers have to give Sloan a call although its a long shot same goes for JVG, Adelman and even Coach K. I think Clemons is better as a assistant and he'll probably be Shaw's top assistant. Also if Rambis is let go he'd have to be considered also.
