I could see us losing 3 out of 4 in this series.

With guys like Mac/Woodward, Patterson, and maybe McCoy in the lineup it wouldn't surprise me..

After this series, it may be doubtful the Jays will be playing meaningful games after June 1.

Yeah even 1 win this series would probably be a bonus

You mean the first few were meaningful?

Jo Jo Reyes is pitching back to back games - one for each team?!

That must be a baseball record of sorts! I knew this kid was special!

Tonight's game will probably be rained out in Texas

I'm not down with Reyes remaining in the rotation with Litsch AND Morrow back. WTF? I guess we MUST have 2 lefties in the starting 5? That's all I can think of as an even semi-defensible early thought process now that Cecil's down working out his confidence, mechanics and velocity issues.

*grumble*

Ah well, here's hoping for a full game and a good performance from Drabek tonight.

this has gotta be THE worst lineup i've seen the Jays throw out there in the past few years. McDOnald, Woodward, Patterson and Molina all starting?

Get JP back, at least he could assemble a bench.

Seriously, though, this team should have signed another hitter in the offseason like Nick Johnson.

It was thrown up over the winter. Did you miss the offseason when they didn't make any additions to replace the outgoing players and also traded their 2nd best pitcher away for a prospect?

Jesus Rivera in the 5 hole, Molina in the 6th spot, and Mac and Woodward 8 and 9, patterson 2nd... 5 out of the our 9 guys are complete scrubs. Then you've got Esco and Lind and Snider all struggling at the moment. That only accounts for 8 out of our 9 hitters, christ.

If Jose pulls the ol' Billy Valentine fake-nose-and-glasses trick, can we get him into the lineup twice? Degree of difficulty rises when he's already on base, but it's doable.

Alternatively, I suppose that Chris Woodward could lend him one of his human skin masks for extra verisimilitude.

They better not be waiting to place E5 on the DL in a couple days..
(It took them awhile to place Hill on the DL)
