still far from over, i really did not get excited about this news, unless it leads to a deal in mediation between the two sides quicker.

Dana Jacobson of all people raised a good question on bspn first take, does this ruling mean that trades can go down during the draft? It should, but will it.

technically trades and free agent signings can occur, but i very highly doubt any owners would give in to doing either cause if they do that would not look too good in their effort for an appeal.

and the nfl gave the strength and condition coaches a 'day off' today so that players cant work out at facility...what a coincidence :roll:

where have the owners won? VICTORY! what court battle has sided with ownership? VICTORY! what sign or inclination has been given that ownership will win any court battle at all? VICTORY! nothing has sided with ownership and there is no reason to believe that anywhere at any turn will go in their favor . . . so . . . VICTORY!
