Neither team has that Quick guard that's going to cause us problems...Barea might make a few runs but he won't be dissecting our Defense CP3 style. Now the Blazers have 4 decent defenders to throw at Kobe, and the Mavs really maybe have 1 in marion. That, and the fact that we tend to play Dirk pretty good and Aldridge owns us, makes me fine with Dallas winning. Not that I would mind if the Blazers pull this off and this goes 7...

marion surprisingly has the ability to post up and score on the left block. it'll be interesting to see how dallas will use caron butler if and when he comes back to face us, assuming dallas doesnt complete the choke job as we speak.

Nice! I was afraid they'd make us play on Saturday because no other games are on. The Lakers/Hornets and Mavs/Blazers were both scheduled to play this Saturday, and Sunday is all booked up. That gives us plenty of rest and it couldn't come at a better time.
