Round 5, Pick 160 - Nathan Enderle QB, Idaho

I like having a QB to develop, but hopefully we actually keep him instead of bringing in a veteran, even if Hanie were to be injured. It was a huge waste to lose LeFevour for Todd Collins last year.

they are saying this was a martz pick. but Mike Martz also really wanted Todd Collins last year, so.....but on the other hand Martz was able to develop Kurt Warner when he was an unknown commodity. He took Bulger from a 6th round pick to the Pro Bowl

QB Nathan Enderle: 62 TDs, 53 INTs, 55.1 percent completion pct in 4 years at Idaho.

I like the kid - but check out the results at the combine...

Enderle had the slowest 40, 3 cone, 20yd shuttle of all the QB's at the combine. He also had the worst broadjump.

Its safe to say he was the worst athlete - among QB's - at the combine.

Ew. Just ew. That's terrible. Especially in Idaho. Kurt Warner had much better numbers coming out of college.

Probably best to focus on his senior year numbers where he completed 63.6% of his passes. Martz gushes over him so we'll see what we've got pretty soon...

Makes us look like idiots for letting LeFevour go last year since he was supposed to be our developmental QB.
Turn down for what?

Yeah I didn't even hear about the Bears letting go of LeFevour. What a shame.

Return to Chicago Bears
