HELP!!!

HELP!!!

I'm trying to get back into basketball shape for college b-ball season around october and i need some tips on how to do so. I weigh about 170 pounds, skinny, but im tryna turn the little fat i have in my stomach into muscle

I excersie pretti much daily playing balll or running my treadmill at home and riding my bike around the enitre block a couple of times.
what are some items u guys would suggest for me to eat instead of junk food?

Eat: Salmon, grilled chicken, tuna, egg whites, broccoli, spinach, whole grain bread, wheat pasta, brown rice
Supplements: Whey protein isolate, casein protein, multi vitamins

best way to get into basketball shape is to play a lot of basketball

LOLOL........Hey at least you didn't forget what's good for ya Ty!

Anyway to reggiepaige, dude just keep during your cardio. I mean if you're a ball player what's the main foundation for playing the game ? Running right ?

Also lay off the red meat, go to baked or grilled chicken and fish, no white breads, no white rice, no sugars period. If your training period is just until ball comes back if you follow this you'll be in prime shape.
