NFC Championship Game reminded me of...

...the movie Friday Night Lights. Anyone else feel this way while watching the game? I just felt that the way the game was being played was eerily similar to how the final game played out in the movie.

Both the Bears and Odessa were fairly outmatched, were playing from behind the whole game, down two scores in the 4th quarter with virtually no way to score on offense. Yet, they still found a way to make it a one possession game with the quarterback (Hanie/Winchell) driving his team down field under 2 minutes but coming up just short...

This topic may seem really random and out of nowhere but I was wondering if others noticed the similarities.

It reminded me of when me (the Bears) and my ex-wife (the Packers) tried to give it another shot for the kids (the Fans). Only difference was I didn't have a backup to come in and take the beating after halftime.

This thread reminded me of a Bears fan who said that they were considering becoming a Packers fan.
