What else do you get from them?

I have tried their crackers, cereal and granola bars. All of them were pretty damn good.

Anything else you'd recommend?

1 week later.

Right in that 2-3 pound a week window where I was pre-injury. I totally cheated yesterday too. Had a burger, fries, and a fried chicken leg for lunch ( not fast food). Failed again on Day 3 of the push ups, and just barely made my sit up quota.

I looked at the 100pushup site...so you only work out three days each week? Sounds right, but I'm just making sure that's correct.

Yup. Give your muscles time to rest.

Ok cool, that's what I figured. Might have to try this program out.

Keep it up, and you'll see tremendous results. When I started, my commute to work was about 6.5 miles one way. Over the course of about 4 months I got my time down from 40 minutes to 25 minutes. Additionally, I'd do a 30 mile round trip a couple of days a week (friends and family lived about 15 miles away). I lost about 50 pounds. You'll eventually be riding everywhere, including up that hill, in the highest gear ratio.

Here's one to achieve that 'Tyler Hansbrough' look:

http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/ultim ... ll-workout

It may look easy, but if you use proper form that workout will really shred your core.

I like simple stuff like that, that doesn't necessarily require a gym membership or a lot of time. I do push-ups throughout the day, but I might give that 100 push-up/200 sit-up deal a try.

Starting to believe it.

This week I've been biking five miles before work, over lunch and again after work. I love it. Looking forward to some long trips on nice days on the weekends.

Failed for the second time of week 3 day 3 for pushups. I'm goijg to start the week over so it is as if I started on week 2. Despite thinking the program is complete bs, it is actually keeping me in shape. Need to keep up on situps and running and I'll be good for the summer.

I did week 4 day 1 this morning before work. Turns out I'm terrible at morning exercise as I just passed when it should've been well within my capabilities.

i don't understand people that work out in the morning. it's all i can do just to remember how to brush my teeth and not fall asleep in the shower.

Working out in the morning also isn't the best idea unless you have ate a pretty big breakfast before hand.

From what I read you end up burning away muscle that way.

Body targets muscle before fat, apparently. So waking up, eating a granola bar and then doing a 30-45 minute run is still good for you... But you are apparently burning away more muscle than fat that way. If you eat like 2 eggs and some toast, then you are fine because you have something to burn off.

You also want to eat in the first 30-60 minutes you are awake so that your body burns off the food and doesn't target muscle.
