Hey guys, congrats on the kings being able to stay another season in Sacramento, hopefully they will be able to stay there. My brother is a huge kings fan so i follow them just as closely as i do the nuggets. I know the ins and the out of this kings team because i watch them play very often. Had a bad start but picked it up near the end showing some potential for the future. Im gonna present an idea that could perhaps help both of our teams.
Denver Trades: Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton,
Denver Receives: Beno udrih, Jason Thompson,Omri Casspi, #35 pick
Sacramento Trades: Dalembert, Beno Udrih, Jason Thompson, Omri Casspi, Francisco Garcia, #35 pick
Sacramento Receives:Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Landry Fields, Ronny Turiaf, #17 pick
New York Trades:Landry Fields,Ronny Turiaf, #17 pick(maybe too much idk)
New York Receives:Samuel Dalembert, Francisco Garcia
Now i don't know if this would work cap wise because there are some free agents involved. and also this trade would be pointless if you get the 1st or 2nd pick in the draft. but lets say you don't and you guys draft a talented pf Bismack biyombo. Heres your lineup.
Tyreke Evans/Raymond Felton
Marcus Thornton/Landry Fields
Wilson Chandler/Donte Green
Bismack Biyombo/Ronny Turiaf
Demarcus Cousins/Hassan Whiteside
What Do you guys think?

Not bad overall. I just don't know how much I dig that final roster though. I mean, it's a talent upgrade overall IMO but I just don't know if that team is ready to win much out of the gate. Still, I think Kings would do that deal considering it does fill some needs. Just better hope Biyombo is the real deal though.

Re: Trade ideas
Isn't Chandler a free agent?
Because I'm thinking the Kings could just make offers for him outright since Denver will likely focus on Gallo making Chandler a likely target for many teams, including Sacramento.

Re: Trade ideas
Yeah, Chandler is a FA and so this deal would have to be tweaked obviously, but this particular starting and ending point has more to do with just signing Chandler.

Re: Trade ideas
Yes please! Chandler is my favorite non Kings! I don't think Felton would enjoy this trade tho because he would be coming off the bench again.
The Kings would have a nice bench lineup but the bigmen are my only concern

Re: Trade ideas
It's not very realistic. Too many moving pieces, with many of those involving players with impending FA status.

Not a fan of this. I want to keep Dally and I want to sign Chandler in FA. I also like JT and Beno and dont want them moved unless it brings in a major stud. We need to either make a blockbuster trade using the #5 pick and pieces, or sit tight and draft best available at 5 and pick up a SF in FA. I do not like Felton, I wouldnt trade Beno for him straight up.

I'm happy to cut New York out entirely and not get Fields, Turiaf, and that pick.

Re: Trade ideas
If Chandler was under contract which he won't be after this season I'd take a very hard look at this and would probably go after this deal. As nice as it would be keeping Dally I'd take the improvement of Felton, higher draft pick, Chandler and Fields, but this deal seems like too many players to go at once.
