Kings Celebration Tuesday May 10

I haven't seen anything posted here on the board so just providing an FYI for those that may be unaware and/or interested in attending. An event has been planned in downtown Sacramento (not sure of the exact location) I believe from 5pm to 8pm on Tuesday May 10 to celebrate the Kings staying and to keep the momentum going for ticket sales, arena efforts, etc. Doug Christie and Scot Pollard will be there and I'm pretty sure other Kings from the past will show as well. Current Kings players, coaches, and front office will be there. I'm assuming the Maloofs, the Rise Guys, Don Geronimo & Carmichael Dave, Grant, KJ, goverment leaders, and a lot of Kings fans too. Tesla is performing (they did that song for the clip put together in the Laker season finale that choked up Grant & Jerry). Wear your gear, support, and show how appreciative you are that the Kings are staying in Sac this next year and hopefully for many more years.

A few friends and I plan on going. It will be the last time I celebrate until a shovel strikes ground for a new arena.

We'll party like it's 1985.
