If that deal had been possible two years ago it would have been very tempting, but Richardson's on the downside of his career now.

Likw someone said before. If you are happy with winning 40 games and having no chance at winning in the playoffs, just stay where you are and don't make any moves. But, if you are a true fan and want to win. You will make moves and try to get better. The goal is to win a championship and not be a contender "pretender" for the playoffs. We have 3 pieces i think might be keepers in Turner, Jrue and Thad. After that, Brand is on the wrong side of 30 and Iggy is in the way of taking the next step.

SJSF- I am curious.. have you ever looked into logic, or "logical fallacies" at all?" I'm not saying this to make fun or be a dick... i mean seriously, I get a negative viceral reaction every time I see one of your posts, and I'm guessing you act like this in real life too.

I'm not one to defend SJSF, but are you saying that just because you disagree with him?

I also get the feeling that you wear womans underwear. But you don't see me posting it. Why don't you just agree to disagree with me about this.

I wouldn't do that, sparky. That's how your predecessor got kicked out.

I am not the one that is saying i have logical fallacies. Who speaks like this. I just would like the Sixers to just move ahead with this franchise and get better. THis guy wants to start being weird and say, he gets weird visceral reactions. Its visceral by the way. And then asking me in my own life if i act this way.. I mean are you serious. This is a baketball message board. Trust me my anger for Iggy and the Sixers front office doesn't flow into my professional career. LOL. I used the woman clothing comment as an example of why don't you just mind your own business. Hope this helps.

Chandler is the exact type of big man we need.

Someone who can rebound, run the floor with our speed, start the break with there D, and takes pride in protecting the rim and paint....and they also know there role, and play within it.

He's 7' tall, and 30...not 6' tall and 50...nice move, but I don't think we have to call Guinness.

He's 30... its not like he's dead.

General RealGM opinion seems to dictate as soon as a player hit's 27 you need to send them to the glue factory cause their done.

*sigh*

He had a toe injury in Charlotte. General opinion seems to dictate as soon as a player is traded for Erica Dampier, Najera and Matt Carroll there career is done for. Charlotte handed Dallas the title. I mean who has two centers :curse:

How much value does speights have? is he worth a vet wing that can defend and make 3's like richardson or would a TE get it done

Well the rumors have officially been done via wiretap and kate fagan's latest article.

She mentions a Rudy Gay Iguodala swap.... and then the Clippers deal revolving around Kaman.

If we could get a pick or Aminu along with Kaman...id highly consider it.
Kaman would be an upgrade over Hawes i almost every facet of the game...then after the season(if there is one), he would EXP...freeing up 12.2 million in cap and freeing us of Iguodala's contract.
The following year, EB would be an EXP of 18+million...and could be a valuable trade chip(paired 12 million cap space and a youngplayer/pick could land a superstar, theres a disgrntled one almost every year). If not, we'd have 30 million in cap space 12/13 season...considering theres a high chance theres not much of a season next year...could be sooner than we anticipate.

by then, we will have a better idea of what we have in ET and Jrue...and if they can pan out, our chance at a superstar could poss be here.
