He's not even better than his freaking teammate, much less "head and shoulders" above anyone. LeBron today is nothing more than a jump shooter with a terrific all round game, but his severely diminished ability to penetrate has made him a limited offensive player on the court. He's not the best and I said it from the get-go that this series will expose his standing as the game's best for good. Just wait and continue to watch.
