This is coming from a Celtics fan who supports Kevin Garnett punching another player in the dick in mid air? You can't be serious.

Celtics fans cannot call anything dirty. You don't have that pass.

Asterisk for winning a series because of one incident taht is not intentional? get the fck outta here.

Of course it was intentional. Doesn't mean he was trying to dislocate his elbow though. If Rondo isn't good to go for the rest of the series, I think most people will look back at this series as somewhat tainted (whether it's justified or not). Had this been a laker player that did this, there would have been a thread about whether or not he should be suspended.

Wade is far from a filthy player. Anyone with an ounce of sensibility can see this...

Any "incident" that takes the focus away from teh basketball plays right into the Celtics' hands.

The league needs to find a way to tone down the intensity... one thing is for sure though, if you're wondering who's fault it is, Miami haven't been accused of being dirty by any other team, all year long.
Boston, on the other hand have quite a reputation for shadiness..

After going up 2-0, Miami seemed to have convinced both fans and critics alike that their mental fragility was a thing of the past.Today we saw that is clearly not the case.

Honestly, I am more worried for Heat players now that this incident happened. I feel like there's going to be a really hard foul on Wade at some point. Hope it doesn't come to that, but I feel like tempers might start to rage. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Shaq will put Wade on his ass at some point, and Wade will milk it for all its worth.

Wade and LBJs arrogance grows more appauling by the game.

LOL. It was Rondo's fault that he got hurt. He pulled on Wade's wades hip with one arm (47 sec) and pulled his right shoulder with the other arm (1:01). You can see his left arm extending backwards and is the reason he couldn't break his fall properly. Cute push off, might not want to try it against someone twice your weight though. Rondo playing dirty and get's injured because of it, and now Wade's a cheap shot artist.

It certainly does change a lot. Unless, you think the first 9 games together is anywhere near representative of this team now. I think the last 3 games are a better indicator of future performance than 2 of the first 9 games of the season 6 or 7 months ago. PEACE.

97 Celtics 81 Heat; Rondo one arm and Shaq one leg. Never underestimate the heart of a champion!

Like I said the Heat have not beaten the Celtics with Shaq in the line up. With Rondo injured the season is in jeopardy but today was enough to prove a point. PEACE. :D

What exactly do these images prove? It's obvious wade grabbed rondo as he was falling. I hate to defend the C's, but this injury wouldn't have occurred had it not been for Wade grabbing and pulling down rondo.

The injury would not have occurred if Rondo didn't try to pull Wade's hip causing him to lose his balance. Anyone can play the what if game.

Let me get it out in the air first, I'm a Bulls fan. I am, and have been nauseated since the moment the Super Best Friends had their "Championship" celebration before even seeing the court together for one second. This ain't Hollywood, it's the NBA... I digress... In this instance, Rondo got the end result of what's been coming to him for a long time. You can't blame D-Wade here. It's the timeless story of a kid who thinks he's tough until one day he gets his a$$ kicked. Rondo fancies himself a tough guy, trying to prove himself to KG and the rest, like when he clobbered Brad Miller a couple seasons ago. I know Rondo wasn't trying to hurt Wade here either, but he was trying to grab and tug, and be sneaky dirty. Well guess what, Karma gonna get ya! I bet my bottom dollar, you're not going to see any attitude or cheap plays from Rondo for a while, cuz he'll be scared of the consequences. Believe that!

Just saw Rondos fall. Just wow. I'm not close to a Celtics apologist but anyone who says that's not dislocated is blind. That kid is a warrior for playing through that. Huge respect points with me. Wow. Give me a little bit of those drugs lol

How are you a forum mod? Ever since the start of the playoffs you've been talking nothing but sh*t about the Celtics. Even trolling in the game thread against the Knicks until I called you out. Now you're back at it again.

I agree that Wade isn't dirty, but he obviously intended to bring Rondo down with him on that play. Showing a screen shot of the play means jack. Also, a screen shot of KG holding someone is now dirty? That happens every play down the court. You're really reaching on that one buddy.

Yeah.... when you're watching Kevin **** Garnett.

I'm sorry, but setting illegal screens/elbowing/holding a player's arm back does not happen every play down the court in basketball. It's only allowed most of the time with KG and a few other select bigs. You're just used to seeing it because you're now used to watching Kevin Garnett.

Not a fan of either team but Wade clearly pulled Rondo down. Not saying that he purposely injured Rondo or anything but you can see Wades arm flex and litterally pull Rondo away from the direction of the ball.

Good decision by the ref to call a foul and leave it at that. Nothing malicious in it.

Um, what do you all expect? For Heat fans to keep their mouth shut all the time? We let the bashing continue on constantly because we already expect nothing to change, people already have their own scripted, unoriginal opinions about our star players in our team, and have already accepted nothing will change because of jealousy. But when you call someone like Wade a "dirty player", a "douche" and many things like that, that's just taking it way too far and most fans who've been around Wade his entire career will take offense to it. Wade has NEVER been that type of player, he's been all heart in Miami and the community, very much like Zo which is why I'm not even worried about this series even after how **** we played yesterday. He has never felt the need to take a player out through injury even though many times various players around the league have tried to do that to him out of frustration. He always let his skills do the talking. Healthy Rondo or not Wade can will his team to two more victories.

Shaq is pathetic to watch. Will Celts resign him?
