Understandable. Keep it in mind during the draft if a player you like is available at 24.

Yeah, I edited my response above with that exact thought.

I'm still amazed you managed to get 4 2nd round picks last year. That was Bill Belichick'esque.

David Stern's office reports that the League (Dilbert) controlled Hornets have traded the right for their 3rd and 7th round picks to the Suns in exchange for the PK5/Sun's 4th and 5th round picks. The league denies that this is a cost cutting move for the Hornets, and say they made the move because it made basketball sense. As for the PK5/Suns, they have been more active than any other franchise in the run-up to the draft. They now have traded their way back into the 3rd round after they had previously moved their 3rd rounder as part of a larger deal to acquire a second 1st rounder.

The thing is, my 2nd is valuable because it's top of the round, and I don't really want to drop out of that spot without getting really good value. Perhaps during the draft we could work something out, depending upon who is available. Sorry.

Are you okay with the 2 and 6th?

Your original offer was a 2 and 7 for my 3 and 4...

Depending upon what happens with Jumivi, or who is available at that point, I may be interested. Let's talk during the draft.

I'll need an answer in the next by around when the draft starts...I live in India, so the time difference is huge...I'm sleeping during the majority of the draft...

If Jumivi declines, would you be able to make a deal sooner? I'd like to get something done before the draft starts so let me know if you have an appropriate counter...

I don't think I'd be interested in dealing, then. Just because I've been thinking about it and the deal doesn't blow me away to the point that I want to make it before knowing who is sitting at #37. Last year, there were some really good players available at that spot.

Just an FYI, I really like 12 players. My pick is at 13 so is one of the guys I really like isn't there, I'll be looking to move down a few spots (like 3 or 5?).

How about your original deal? 2 and 7 for the 3 and 4?

Make that 6th a 5th and you have a deal...

Can't give up all of my starters for a 2nd round pick...

Sorry, I have a better offer on the board from Eyeatoma, so unless you can seriously up your offer I'm not interested.
