I bet Kobe is glad he never had to get past any of Dirk's previous playoff teams.

The Lakers really don't have an answer for Dirk.

Funny that this is the same team Kobe scored 81 on in the past.

With Dirk being as money as he is right now, does anyone?

I think it depends on who wins the MEM/OKC series.

I think Memphis will be a tough matchup for Dallas because Dirk will be up against a bruiser in Randolph or against a strong guy, Marc Gasol. Their answer will be to rebound and to bang inside. That can take Nowitzki's legs.

I think OKC will have a ton of trouble guarding Dirk away from the basket.
The Wizards shoukd have drafted Derik Queen

I told you so :banghead:

LMAO @ Carlisle, this guy is pretty damn funny, he always struck me as a stuck-up coach.

My favorite Maverick Jason Terry just laid the HAMMER down on the Lakers. 32 points? 9 threes? He choked the life out of the Lakers from the jump. No mercy. No hope. No choke. No epic comebacks. No history. Except that the Lakers are now HISTORY.
And what about my boy Peja Stojakovic? 6-6 for three. THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT! Punch them in the MOUTH for what they did to us! Peja gets the last laugh! Bye bye Phillip!

Pfft, he's just a Clippers fan and Boston homer! All Bynum did was give the little guy a love tap... anyone who resents him for such a minor touch foul is obviously both an LA hater and a racist.

Its kind of bittersweet though. If we were going to lose, im glad it was through a sweep.

Maybe now Mitch Kupchack can actually address issues that have been plaguing our team for years

THIS. The only good thing about a sweep, and I mean the ONLY thing, is that Mitch finally has to deal with the real issues that have been plaguing our team for years now. Had we lost in a long 7-game series Lakers management might have just glossed over the problems that have been building up the last few seasons.

If you think I'm the only one who feels this way then I hope you're not there when honesty day comes around.

I dont even know what this means

Whatever, you guys are just really unaccepting of unorthodox views.

Thinking that most Laker fans are bandwagoners and that Bin Laden wasn't killed by the US last sunday aren't outrageous claims just because they're not main stream.

I live in NJ, and there are more Laker fans than Net fans in my school. Literally all of them are having the same reaction. The majority of posters on Realgm are having the same reaction. And lets not even talk about youtube.

I've always said playoff losses expose what your weakness are. Everybody knew we were vulnerable to quick PG's who stay in pick in roll. Plus our bench needs players, Barnes and Blake wasn't the answer.

Hard to believe the Lakers would go out in such a classless, bush league way. Bynum should miss at least the first 3 games next year...w ORL

Phil's gone. Just admitted he's happy it's over. And just blamed Kobe's knee and players being old. Nothing about his coaching? Egomaniac.
