15-20 games sounds about right.

He got 2 games for that.

Andrew Bynum kinda looks like Keyshawn Johnson would look after he ate one of those mysterious Super Mario Brothers mushrooms that make you grow.

I think the league makes an example out of him and gives him 15 to 20 games.

I'm not even going to call out any individuals, I'm just going to say I'm laughing at this being considered what I'll call "acceptable karma" to Barea for allegedly flopping.

I'm not going to endorse Bynum get suspended for the season or anything extreme like that, but maybe SOME people wouldn't endorse such blatant DANGEROUS plays, not even just dirty, if something like that happened to Bynum.

In my opinion, I'm sure Bynum will get 20 or so games for this. Just saw his teammate get tossed for a supposed lighter play, was well aware that the refs weren't playing around anymore, and still did a foul like this. And what's worst, he did it against the smallest guy on the court. Can you imagine the uproar if KG fouled the smallest guy on the court with the Celtics down 25+ or so?

Yea, no doubt Bynum will get a penalty that ensures he thinks twice before doing something like this.

I agree with a long suspension of 15-20 games. Or a slightly shorter one and a bigger fine.

Clearly the guy didn't learn the two times before because he did it again. That and he admitted to it being a cheap shot when he said he did it because they were being embarrassed. Guy is a sore loser and takes it out on other players. If you need to take out your frustration break some chairs or something in the locker room, not an opposing player.

This:

is worth 50+ games.

This:

will probably be worth less than 10.

Where the amazingly stupid happens.

Got to admit Barea is a bit of a badass

Came back and played the rest of the game. That would have put most of us in the hospital

I dont care how soft the league has become. You shouldnt have to worry about somone intentionally trying to hurt you. That elbow was **** up in so many ways

As one of Bynum's biggest supporters with the previous suspensions, he fully deserves 10-20 games without pay. He's not learned any lessons from the past inceiddents and make the Lakers' alreay embarrassing loss look even worse. Completely unacceptable behavior by someone representing the purple and gold.

I say 20 for the hit (and previous history of doing the same exact damn thing) and another 10 for his comments about it.

The league needs to make him an example.

Bynum is an idiot.

First the media thing with the trust issues, then he ends the series like this. Extremely disappointing.

When I saw it and thought about it a bit after the game, I think they'll give him 10 games.

Can't see more than that.

20 is a ridiculously high number. J.O. only got 15 for his roll in the Malice at the Palace and Melo got 15 for that pussy fight he started in Madison Square Garden a few years back.

It was a dirty play and Bynum should be fined / suspended for it but I have no sympathy for J.J. Barea.

What a piss poor post.

You don't have to agree with me but floppers ruin the game.

I feel like they deserve whatever's coming their way... :usa:

So Bynum should have ellbowed Gasol first according to this logic.

20 is too high

5 sounds about right

anything less than that is dubious.

10 or more. If not, Stu Jackson is a complete joke. Third time offender in the same exact way. He's clearly trying to hurt Barea and he knows it when he casually walks off the court. He probably should watch his back next season.

10 is ridiculous. Seriously, the amount of cry on this board is epic. You guys talk about how people are whiny, or soft, or whatever insult y ou can use against someone's manhood, but whenever something like this happens, you make it WAY worse.

Bynum was extremely frustrated, and got really stupid, he should be suspended a few games.
