oh ok good to know. but 500k isnt that much to ted though. you sure its not a lot more than that?

also with that said, it will be interesting to see which logo they use as the center court logo.

I have no official proof re: that number, but the good folks over at Chris Creamer's Sports Logos forums (http://boards.sportslogos.net/) have quoted that figure as the gospel truth for a few years now. That board is frequented by a number of designers and insiders, so I figure it's reliable.

They're great. Such an improvement. Yes, they are not perfect, but they are everything I wanted in new jerseys.

Haven't posted in a while, but have been lurking. Figured I'd come out of hiding for this. LOVE the new jerseys. Love the DC logo with the hand. Modern update on a classic look. Still wish we are the Bullets, but love it.

I watched the press conference on the internet. Good to see Wall and Crawford sportin' the new duds. They must think really hiighly of Crawford. Hopefully that's our back court for a long time.

I found it interesting that Ted hyped up a "new" big 3 earlier in the year that included Blatche, the dude is NOWHERE to be found on the rebranding day. Shoot, dude had time to promote Lapdance Tuesdays last week, so I'm sure that he was available. Trust me, I'm not complaining cause I want the dude gone.

The ONLY negative is the re imagined "wizard" dude as our official/main logo. I like the Washington Monument ball and the dc hand better. . .

Overall, an improvement, but not a spectacular one. I like the home whites better than the roadies. My only quibble: the horizontal stripe does not have the slimming effect I require in my sports apparel.

Also, my superior investigatory skills have unearthed a key clue as to whom we will be taking in the draft. Must be a foreigner of some sort.

I haven't heard or read anything about Abcdefg's skills, but I'm hoping that his game is as solid as his name is exotic.

I went to the press conference today and love the new jerseys and logos. I actually like the dc hand logo as it brings me back to the golden years when I first started following the team. I like the ball logo to, although I think it kind of looks like the magic logo on the back of their jerseys. Overall, I'm very impressed and there were a lot of oohs and ahhs at the press conference today.

The only changes I would have made are keeping "washington" on both home and away jerseys and have the shorts on the away jerseys be white. Other than that, I'm happy. I already bought two hats and t-shirts for my wife and me.

I was on a site tour during the unveil, but I discretely followed via twiiter. Really love everything. I swung by the VC afterwards and picked up a few things, including a T for the Mrs. She said "oooh!" This is the first Wiz-related item that she'll wear of her own volition. The boys will look sharp next year, or whenever they re-take the court. On to the lotto!
