Kobe shot 21
Pau shot 13
LO shot 12
Bynum 10

and Brown shot 15 shots per 36. per game, brown shot 7.8 shots a game compared to bynum's 7.6, even though he played 8 minutes less than drew.

who wants brown back?

Not I. He transformed into another Farmar. I just don't see him developing a consistent jumpshot, and I feel like his BBIQ won't ever grow. His head is too big for his actual talent.

he's garbage. he should stop ball handling and become a spot up shooter and driver.

I'll miss a couple dunks and blocks a month and that's about it.

I never wanted him to re-sign last season. He had a hot start but he let that get into his head.

He was a major black hole in the offense and it wasn't Farmar that was the problem in 2010. It was him.

lol. the guy shoots more than bynum.

though I'm surprised I've never heard Phil criticize his shot attempts during the season. I remember Phil being being be hard on Farmar and Vujacic when they were here.

What's interesting is these past couple years, I always looked forward to his contributions moreso than Farmar or Vujacic. But with these two gone, it's brought the worst out of him, seeing as now he has more responsiblities than in previous years. He's all been a ball stopper and chucker, but this year was a bit much, there has to be someone that can replace whatever he brings to this team.

this team needs to get more athletic! If we let him walk we need to replace him with some athleticism.

Did not want to create a new topic but would you guys flip Shannon Brown for Nate Robinson? High energy, instant offense off the bench and adds some athleticism despite his physical limitations.

They're basically the same player but i think i'd trust Nate more to shoot than i would Shannon. Also he plays PG which we desperately need.

if we're not going to be too undersized after the trade, or at least move blake or fish to get a big pointguard or a combo guard, yes. but after the trade we'll have blake, fish, nate at the 1 and 2 spot, our backcourt would be too undersized.

After that dunk contest, he became pathetic in my book. Even Sasha Vujachic was better than him. Better defender, and better set up man.

1. hes the most athletic player on the team but he has the basketball iq of an ant.
2. id rather see him leave, unless we play an uptempo style of ball next year

We could acquire a G/F to play the 2 or 3 and move Barnes to the other spot. We could just as well give Ebanks more burn at the 3 or make use of what's left off Luke Walton.

I think Brown will actually opt in. The market for him isn't a great one. That's fine though since with Barnes that means we have a decent combo of expiring contracts to trade.
