The Regrets Begin...

Speaking to the media from the New Jersey area, LeBron James acknowledged that he may have erred in how he handled the announcement of his free agency decision.

“If I had to go back on it, I probably would have done it a little bit differently,” James said. “But I am happy with the decision that I made.”

James was then asked if he would change his approach.

“I mean, I don’t know,” he said. “But I would definitely change it.”

Well the admission of regrets anyway.
He's a pretty smart guy, you have to think the regrets started along time ago. LMR just had no idea what to do about it. I suspect that Nike's guys have taken on a larger role to dig him out of his mess.

As much as many of us would like it to just go away, we can't forget what a collosal P.R. failure he's been. He's going to be asked about it in everty city he visits, so we're going to keep seeing blurbs like this one for most of the season.

What happened since the beginning of the year? I thought you guys were going to be really scrappy and grind it out and show the heart of a lion? From #1 to #29. Oh well. I think you guys will catch lightning in a bottle again. Good luck to you guys in the future...
