In all honesty, the whole non-chalant thing is garbage. You ask her out directly. She either likes you or she doesn't. Beating around the bush makes you look like you lack confidence, which WILL turn her off.

My update on my situation:

I told her I was had my wisdom teeth taken out last summer (even though I didn't), and she told me about a month back that she was getting them out this upcoming week. (Next week)


So yesterday I went up to her before class when I walked in and said

ME: Aren't you getting your *TONSILS* taken out like this week? (I said tonsils SMH)
HER: ?
ME: You're not getting them out?
HER: Oh naah
ME: Oh I mean wisdom teeth, lol, and smiled
HER: small smile and said yea but not this week, next week
ME: I'm telling you now it's gunna hurt like ****, and your face is going to look like a swollen chipmunk
HER: Didn't get the joke I guess, didn't really smile at it, and said I read that it's different for other peple.
ME: (sarcastically) I'm pretty sure I know what happens, I had it done to me..

If it went well, I was going to say, here take my #, if you need any help with it, and hit me up. Of course, it didn't. I'm scared to get her # because I have 2 classes with her, and I like her personality A LOT, but she's the one girl I really can't make LOL. I don't get it.. And she doesn't talk flirty to any guys at all. Her appearance did a 180 as well, and I liked her better when she was ''average'' to some people.

I lost 57 pounds, new fresh style, fresh cut, contacts, eyebrows, tan, teeth since the beginning of the year, and that hasn't helped? I'm pretty sure I'm in my prime in terms of appearance, yet I'm getting less looks? I try too hard for real...

I truly am awkward kid, and my nervous crackling voice came in at the end... =(

Being direct doesn't work when you're dealing with teenage girls. They don't know WTF they want at that age. BEst thing to do besides getting her drunk is to sly your way in. Tell her everything she wants to hear and then when she's feeling comfortable pretend she doesn't exist for a hot minute. Keep her guessing. F with her head a little. Bust her balls sometimes. Then after all of that be sweet and the poon will be ripe and golden for you and ready for you to not know what the hell to do with it...

I feel your pain, bro. I'm a math/science/engineering nerd. I'll be starting my master's degree in engineering and medicine in the fall and very happy; I won't have to take English or any other liberal arts courses.

Just do your best to complete the paper. And try to gain sympathy from your English professor by telling her you are a Math major. It worked for me in my undergrad.
