The jazz should send someone other than KOC. In the past few lottery draft, we gotten the short end of the stick. Maybe he seriousness bad aura affect the lottery process. >.> I want to think positively but I can't seem to..

It's higher than that based on who gets 1 and then 2. This is because a teams other combinations for that draft slot are removed if they get the 1 or the 2. It will go higher in % if Minnesota gets the one, and will not budge if Phoenix does.
