Not if WE get #3! :-) If we somehow get Kanter, it will make our decision to take DJ over Lopez a great move. Kanter will be a far better NBA player than Brook Lopez. Great motor, quickness, and very very intelligent. High BBIQ. Wtih all this buildup, I am going to feel crushed if we cant get Kanter in a Bobcat uniform. I'll be happy with our pick, as long as it is not "outside the box". But Kanter is the player I really want along with Irving and Williams. Actually, I probably like Kanter more than Williams, but I cannot commit to that statement just yet.

So no Jimmer

I just thought it was interesting that he was not included at all in the 1st round. I think he is a 1st round talent. I don't want him here, but I do think the guy is intriguing. I think he fits in with several teams. The Suns, Knicks, Warriors, and Spurs would be good fits.

I'm not sold on him. I thought about him to the Pacers for a while but in the end I think they need a more mature rookie. He'll still probably go in the 1st round though. I'm sure once workouts are over and I do my final mock he'll sneak into my mock.

I'm not sure about that. The Suns have Brooks and him and Jimmer are similar. I think the last thing the Knicks need is a scoring PG with Melo and Amare needing so many shots. Warriors with Curry and Ellis make Jimmer an after thought there and the Spurs have Hill who is more of a score first point too.

I think that Portland would be good for him. Sac town next to Tyreke (assuming they miss out on Knight or Walker). Boston could really use him too.

But the place I think he would really thrive?

#41 and the Lakers.

There was always the same rumours with Shawn Bradley, but it never eventuated because the Jazz front office aren't stupid enough to pick someone just because of religion.

The 12 pick isn't totally out of the question though.

You have given me hope Slam that we might have a good draft.

Religion? Partially. They need a "PG of the future" and having a hometown guy would be great.

I want Wo Fat on the team. We'd go 82 - 0 because he'd have the entire opposition roster wiped out before tip-off!

Could a Marvin Williams for Diop + #19 be possible?!?! Assuming Klay Thompson is at 19 though.

I started a thread on this Geaux_Hawks to discuss this idea there.

Just want to get this over and done with, reading the same posts over and over and over and over and over about certain prospects and the hype that some of these prospects are getting(a la Kobe Bryant's lmfao) is driving me nutzoids.

I know this guy has been talked about, but he's still under the radar and if he's available at 19 there's no way i'd pass on him. He's still being slept on a bit, he's projected in some mocks to fall to us at 19 I REALLY HOPE SO. This guy, to me is the 2nd-3rd best scoring guard in the draft after Kyrie/Kemba.

Ladies and gentleman please welcome REGGIE JACKSON.

I really like Malcolm Lee in the 2nd round, if he falls that far. Hell i'd take him at 19 if Reggie's gone.

Reggie Jackson at #19 would be very nice indeed.
