It was a carbon copy of the Zombo hit in Week 3 and that was obviously a flag. By the rulebook, what Peppers did was definitely warranted of a penalty. I've seen Peyton Manning have his helmet brushed by a hand and it's a 15 yard penalty. Rules are rules.

I would argue Zombo's was more tame. He was coming blind off of a spin move and didn't lower his head.

:wavefinger: Why such harsh words, Jake. I was one of the first Bears posters to send congrats after last weeks game.
youre right. low blow. but my goodness you are so obviously wrong, and theres photographic evidence of it. i understand youre bitter but you are making yourself and bears fans sound so bad.

Those videos are hilarious, surprised I've never seen them.

Yeah, you guys are blind. Biggie is absolutely right! Never in this video can you see Peppers lead with his helmet and drill him in his chin. Peppers had his head up and hit him only in the chest.

I wonder what the 3rd jersey was. We all know he got the Woodson jersey and then the Obama jersey.

Just rewatched the game for the first time, and it was great cause I forgot the sequence and was on the edge of my seats on some plays.

Top 10 thoughts after watching this game:

1. Anyone upset with the Cobb pick needs to watch this game. On the opening kick off we lost 20 yards because Starks bobbled the ball. In the second quarter after pinning the bears in their own endzone, Maynard kicks a short one to the bears 38 which could have easily been returned to the 30 to put us in FG range. Instead, Williams bobbled this one and and runs back to the 50 ending up at the 45. Next punt is kicked to our goalline with a bear trying to save it from bouncing in the endzone. Williams moronically picks it up and would've gotten a safety, but luckily the bears defender stepped on the line. In the 3rd Williams tries picking it up off a bounce and gets nailed immediately and fumbles. Luckily, Swain recovers. We need Cobb.

2. Jenkins was a beast in the first half. He made at least 4 big plays during that time. Jones looked basically invisible the whole game. Don't remember him making one catch.

3. I think Rodgers suffered a concussion on the Peppers hit.

4. Cutler's biggest mistake was leaving the field early. 30 seconds wouldn't have made a difference in getting back on the field. It looked like he quit after that pick and just walked off.

5. Great call on putting in Raji as a decoy. I think everyone was so focused Raji **** on the Fridge's legacy, that noone considered a run by Rodgers.

6. Quinn Johnson actually played a ton in this game. You wonder if it was his ability or the Packers playing style that kept him on the field. I thought he was gone for sure, but I still think there is a slimmer of hope for him being on our roster next year.

7. I was lost in the game at the end of the first half and forgot about the Urlacher INT. I was just thinking how a td would put us up 21 and basically end it. You forgot how big that tackle by Rodgers was at the time. You just see Urlacher with open field all by himself to put the Bears within 7. Nope.

8. Starks looked like a monster in the first half ripping 10 yard run after 10 yard run. I can see why the Packers would think they are ok with only a year Grant left.

9. Bishop was extremely solid. At least 4 different times he was left alone to make a tackle and he sticked the Bear right between the numbers.

10. The Bears still suck.

Also, they called Raji a "nose guard." Is that an actual position or did he misspeak?

Yep, that's a position. Another way of saying nose tackle. Google is your friend.

That throw in the 4th quarter by Rodgers to Jennings was tipped.

I have a friend who is a Bears fan that swears the TD to Jennings where he got leveled by Polamalu was incomplete. What a nub.

saw that too, didnt know it the first time.

The last play from tramon was actually a really good play. I knew there wasnt PI, but wallace caught it and TW broke it up clean. I must not have realized that during b/c of the excitement
