This is for who in this draft becomes a perennial All-Star. Limit 2 choices.
My first choice is Biyombo, if he's 22 or younger. If he's really 18 I think he'll be off the charts in 3-4 years. In watching one of the few videos available, he moves from the edge of the right side foul lane to grab a rebound in the middle of the lane. He didn't protect his area, he went after it. He plays hard and I think will really work to improve. Then there are all the blocked shots. Perennial all-defense first team. Add a little offense, and 10 year all-star.
Second choice is a lot harder. All-Stars usually score a lot. Tough choice because I think Irving can get 20 a game. I choose Williams because he will also rebound and make the highlight films with his dunks.

Donatas Motiejunas has the highest upside in the draft, Biyombo second, Vesely 3rd, Valanciunas 4th, Irving 5th, Kanter 6th, Williams 7th.

Re: Who has the most Upside?
I don't really understand why biyombo is presumed to have so much upside. I think people mistake being completely raw as meaning he has a ton of upside. He has no offensive game. How many people come into the league with no offensive game and develop one? It doesn't happen. I think a guy like faried has more potential than biyombo.
If we are taling about potential for hinder ceiling, domo is tops no doubt, then go to jf12's list skipping over biyombo and starting with Jan.

Re: Who has the most Upside?
The upside is that hes athetic quick and 9 3 standing reach. the down is like mentioned raw. Doesnt get any more raw than biyombo. I would say if he is there at the 12th ill take him just for the fact that he can defend. all you want from a center is defense. Offense will come just from post and second chance. I remember reading some where that he only started playing basket ball at the age of 14. Also prety smart speaks five languages so hes not like fes has the tools but no brains to use it. "Due to his offensive limitations, Biyombo doesn't fit on just any NBA team—he's not someone who can be expected to generate his own offense, and probably needs another skilled big man next to him, as well as a creative point guard. The skills he does have are highly coveted, though, and any team looking to upgrade its defensive and rebounding presence will surely give him a look."
