Tell me a little bit about yourself Mr. ewingxmanstarks. How old are you? Did you go to school and, if so, where? What do you do for a living?

Just curious.

The Senate just schooled the GOP forcing an up/down vote on Paul Ryan's plan.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/05/2 ... 67126.html

The measure failed, 57 to 40, with five Republicans breaking ranks: Sens. Scott Brown of Massachusetts, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Rand Paul of Kentucky.

Not a democrat, but thanks for trying. What solutions do the GOP have? They are the ones who openly said their goal was to ruin Obama's presidency. Not help the country.

But what we will see is four more years of the great divider, which will gift wrap the presidency to the GOP in 2016.

How will the party of dividing (or the great divider as you called the GOP) gift wrap the presidency for themselves? Since Clinton has been elected, the GOP has acted like little bratty school girls who couldn't get their way and tried to ruin Clinton. Then Bush is elected and it is, do it our way, we won't compromise. Now Obama is elected, and GOP returns to being bratty little school girls, trying to get things their own way while ignoring the needs of the people.

To think people can fall for the act is quite sad.

U give me so much ammunition it's not even funny....it must be my profession, age, or school that would explain my radical beliefs....It doesn't matter whether i'm a 16 year old cross dresser with a Harvard education that read French poetry to autistic kids for a living, or whether i'm a 40 plus home schooled billionaire oil tycoon out in Texas...In order to have a developed world view its important to be able to comprehend the world is much bigger than one own personal experiences...I'm able to think for myself, no school or job taught me what I should think...Anyone regardless of age can become an independent thinker...its not to late for u Wingo...Start by putting the pom poms down, and defining ppl by their respective ages, schools they went to, or jobs.

But the first part of your response was very funny. I particularly liked line about being "a 16 year old cross dresser with a Harvard education that read French poetry to autistic kids for a living." Somehow, I could picture that.

Lump you all together??? YOU'RE ENTIRE PARTY IS IN PERPETUAL LOCK-STEP ON ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ISSUE ... and if one dares to take one step out of line (see e.g. Newt Gingrich), the wrath of the entire party comes crashing down in him or her.

So, hopefully, you'll pardon the lumping.

So I guess making fools disappear from this thread and getting random adulation must mean Im getting my brains beaten in.

Good to know.

And hubris is not becoming Wingo, the elections not over until your party buses in SEIU members to vote 5 times, or uses ACORN to perpetuate voter registration scams. You should know that.

Palin has a documentary coming out next month about the circumstances behind her leaving the Alaska governorship early. If you think she's not running and that your lemmings in the MSM aren't scared over that prospect you're mistaken. But it's immaterial because whether its in a year and a half or 2016 the pendulum will swing back to right and the diaper change of this administration will be completed.
Trust but verify.

Yeah ok, oh I guess you're a left leaning independent?

If a presidency in and of itself is going to put the country on a path to ruin which this one is, then why would ruining it be a bad thing?

And do you not know how to comprehend words or do you have slective revisionism? I called Obama the great divider, a divider of race, perpetuator of class warfare, a divider of Israel, get it? Or are you to dense too get that?

And what did Clinton do that was good? Sell military secrets to China so their ICBMS could reach anywhere in the U.S.? Commit adultery in the oval office? Light the fire that eventually become the subprime mortgage crisis by enabling loans to people who had no business receiving them?

Get off your high horse because you havent the foggiest clue of who the democrats are or stand for.
Trust but verify.

But, over the past few days, I’ve spoken with a number of Republicans — in Congress and elsewhere — who don’t want to do that. They fervently believe the country is in peril. They want to find a way to reduce the debt without committing political suicide.

Doing that is a two-step process. First, Republicans have to make a grand offer on raising the debt ceiling. This offer should include a bipartisan commitment to reduce the growth of Medicare spending. Republicans need Democratic fingerprints on a plan to restrain entitlements. In exchange, Republicans should offer to raise tax revenues on the rich. They should get rid of the interest deductions on mortgages over $500,000 and on second homes. They should close corporate loopholes and cap the health insurance deduction. They should offer a plan that follows the outline of the Simpson-Bowles report and what the now “Gang of Five” in the Senate is working on. (Senator Mark Kirk has a proposal roughly on this latter point.)

I think if everyone in this country planted a tree, becomes a homosexual, learns to respect radical islam, kills a rich person, burns an American flag, takes sensitivity classes, and just apologizes for America we would get rid of our fiscal problems in no time...BTW we also need to get rid of evil institutions on the state and federal level like Police departments, Homeland security, and worst of all the Military.

LMAO @ Al Gore's D in Nat science

Where's the ACLU with respect to Michael Savage?

Tim had a good tweet on Obama....where's his plan for SAVING medicare?
