I really don't understand the hate he's getting in this wizards forum.Its not like ya'll played against him in the playoffs this year.Ya'll seem more bitter than the Cavs fans.

It's a long story, but if you're a Cleveland fan I would have thought you'd know it. Cleveland took us out of the playoffs 3 years in a row, aided at least in part by star treatment by the officials ("LeTravel" is a deserved nickname, he took 4 steps to make a winning shot against us once). And LeBron was his typical arrogant self the whole time. There's lots more believe me. Anybody else want to add to the list of reasons why we hate LeBron?

This is great! I'd almost forgotten what virgin Cavs fans sounded like before Lebron took a dump in their cheerios. Miami fans do not appear to know the meaning of the term "cautionary tale." I sense this will end well for all involved.

LeBJ may be the best player today, but he's not yet the greatest (he needs at least a championship for that) and he may never be as great as his talent indicates he should be. His stock has apparently dropped, according to an unsurprising ESPN poll, and since everyone here already hated him, he's clearly made many new enemies, more than Cavs fans hating him could explain. Great basketball players that beat up on your team are not automatically hated. I liked Wilt, Dr. J, Kareem, Bird, Magic, MJ, etc. and some of these players rose to the level of being beloved by not only their hometown fans but by fans around the league. What is it about LeBJ that leaves him out of that circle? I'm not sure, but it smells awful.

Tomorrow's Headline: Nicklaus: "Lebron is better than Tiger."

And remember Bucked19, this thread is for trashing LeBJ. If you want to kiss up to him, there are threads for that: the Heat Forum, the General Board, or the comment section of any old article about the Hosin' One.

this is kind of sad we still have a thread dedicated to hating on lebron. i don't understand why. because he was the best player on the team that beat us 3 times in the playoffs? sorry but thats not a legit reason to me

he never trash talked or disrespected our players or organization. if anything our fans disrespected him. i went to at least 1 playoff game every year during the short span of the wizards being decent. i remember the "overrated" chants clearly.

bron is the best player in the NBA simple as that. i wish our fans would stop being so salty and just appreciate his game. although the decision did leave a sour taste in my mouth, not enough for me to hate him. i love watching great players. bron is one of the most talented players ever.

Actually many Wizards fans in this thread and other threads have said exactly the opposite. Now, whether they're being honest with themselves I don't know. You have to remember anyone who has rooted for the Wizards/Bullets for some time knows how to endure pain, so there are things worse than losing believe it or not.

I would definitely want LeBron on my team but him leading my team to a title still wouldn't change the fact that he's a grade-A douchebag and narcissist. The respectable Heat posters I know of readily admit these two truths.

Wanting LeBron on your team and understanding he's kind of a giant dick aren't mutually exclusive.

Well, since my life isn't really influenced by the Wizards winning a championship or not, the fact that not many teams actually win it and adding Lebron doesn't guarantee one (), I rather watch a team I can root for than having that dude on my team...

That said, he is the best player the NBA has seen in a loooong time and he's the best chance to win it all; given that he continues his crab-dribbles, his whining to the refs every opportunity he gets and doesn't quit on his team...
