It would certainly make sense to add another big to our rotation, especially if we think Millsap is an SF.

If Millsap changes position, and Okur doesn't return, what we originally thought might be a log jam at PF/C will turn into a very thin rotation.

Well, this certainly bodes well for those that are in love with Kanter.......

I still think Memo will make it back to play a meaningfull role for the Jazz......

Jazz FO has reiterated on multiple occasions that they always look to draft BPA. I don't think Memo's status is going to affect whom they pick.

But 3rd bpa is Kanter.... maybe it's a justification. If they have idea Okur will return a C it's not the first option. If they prepare for draft with that idea, Kanter is the guy.

even if Okur returns this year how much does he have left in the tank?
Kanter is a good choice

Okur is done, he may try to play out his contract, but he doesn't have more than a year left in him.

I'd be shocked if we see him 20 times next year.

If we do draft kanter however, he has special assistant written all over him. I think memo could really help as a shooting/big man coach.

This could be a smokescreen to maybe force T'Wolves to take Kanter #2 is they want him. Also, coming off a major injury, like many of you have said, Memo is probably done as a Jazzman after this year.
