After reading a million different posts here and elsewhere, I have been asking myself what it really means to take the "Best Player Available" because each and every one of us has a different opinion.
That being said I propose that we come up with a definition. It might also be beneficial to try and think like KOC because thinking back on last years draft, I did not, at that time, have Gordon Hayward as the BPA at the number 9 pick. So what was it that KOC saw in Gordon that made him better than those after him?

Re: Best Player Available
In the NBA it seems to me to be the player who both plays with the most technical skill, but will also have the most trade value.

BPA would be NBA (not college) skills + upside, in my opinion.
