i ain't gonna lie it hurt a little when he went to the celtics,but i could never stay mad at shaq. after my favorite player ever(magic)left,kobe and shaq made the league fun for me again. he will always be greatly appreciated. i wish he would have announced this last year so he could have had a farewell tour, he deserved it!

With the Lakers being so quick to say that they will definitely retire his jersey ... I think there is a chance that he signs with is next year just before the playoff run starts ... bring Shaq back to LA!

Glad to hear Lakers come out and say his number will be retired.
The fact they came out quick and made that statement is always good.

I'd say that he & Webber were my favorite players in the last 20 years.
