Jim Carrey should take the ball on the baseline rather than advancing it.

Damn, I missed that entire comeback. On the bright side, I finished season 5 of Stargate SG-1. Only 90 more episodes to go...

Dallas closes on a 22-5 run over the last 6 mins to win by 2 ... wow ... shades of Lakers-Blazers back in 2000.

Dirk Nowitzki was a monster down the stretch. What an awesome comeback. That final spin off of Bosh for the layup was phenomenal.

So, what exactly happened? Why didn't the GOAT do anything in the 4th quarter or during the comeback? Waiting for Wade to bail him out in another game?

Dallas fell behind by 15 around midway through the 4th. The score was 88-73. They started to attack the basket more, but kept on missing. However, they were getting 2nd and third opportunities and began to chip away. Then, they began running a pseudo-screen and roll with Terry and Dirk with Marion occasionally cutting inside and they cut the lead down little by little. Finally, a Terry jumper brought them within 4 at 86-90.

Then comes the Dirk Nowitzki show. He scores on a jumper. A quick back and forth with Miami and Dallas with neither scoring, then Dallas gets a big steal and runs a 3 on 1. Pass it around and Dirk gets a layup. Tie game. Next up, the Heat try to break the game open with a three, but Wade misses. Dallas gets the ball, works it around, and Dirk somehow ends up with a wide open 3. Drills it. Miami timeout, somehow Mario Chalmers is left WIDE OPEN for 3 and sticks it.

Dallas has the ball with about 24.5 seconds left and runs some time off before handing it to Dirk. He dribbles in, does a kind of spin move around Bosh then ducks under his arm and goes with a straight drive to the basket, left-handed finish. Two point lead, Miami has no timeouts left and they throw up a desperation 3 after taking the ball up court.

22-5 run in the final 6 minutes of so. Pretty awesome. I hope this helped

Marion played the best defense I've seen on Lebron but Lebron wasn't aggressive at all. He was looking to Wade a bit too much to handle the ball and Kidd did a fine job of denying Wade the ball.

Whatever Lebron did failed in the end.

Dirk will get all the deserved awards but Marion and Kidd were worth their weights in gold today.

Terry did whatever he could to choke Dallas out of a win though.
