Flynn seems to be pretty gettable but the difference is Felton is clearly a starter and Flynn is not

haven't seen much of Flynn but he obviously has traits that lead to him being picked so high, maybe he could be our version of Billups  , it took him a LONG time to reach his current lvl of play and multiple teams to do it. Maybe a change of system better winning environment gets this guy going, after all Foye looks to be a lot better then his days in Minn, look at Kyle Lowlry, he was backup in Mem and a throwaway in a trade, now he is a solid starting PG with alot of upside.

Clippers have already made it known that they're interested in trading the Wolves 2012 pick for a star player, so your tl;dr was all for nothing. Shame too.

^ Yes but the Clips have NOT made it known that they will trade the Wolves #1 AND Eric Gordon AND Eric Bledoe for a star. They consider Gordon to already be a star and a building block of their team ... I don't think it's a sure-thing they would include Gordon, Bledsoe and the Wolves #1 for a CP3.

What is more likely is that they try to package the Wolves pick with Mo Williams and/or Kamaan and maybe a Bledsoe or Aminu to land a star. Something like Kamaan and the Wolves pick for Iggy, or Kamaan and the Wolves pick for Granger, or Kamaan, Wolves pick and Aminu for Josh Smith ... those are all more realistic than the CP3 idea.

this is my ideal scenario, playing off this Curry stuff

part 1
#11/Curry
for
Bynum

this creates a HUGE TPE for which I will use in another part

part 2
Sasha Tpe/#41 2011 2nd throw in Ebanks in seperate deal for nothing if need be) for Trevor

Brings back our Dynamic SF that so many of you keep crying for  ...this would create a solid DUO at the SF pos, we got the physical/mugger in Artest, and the elite speed/lengthy/athletic guy in Ariza

part 3
Bynum Tpe/2012 1st/2 of our 2nd
for
Lopez/Marrow/2012 2nd rd pick

NJ-uses the Bynum TPE to package for Howard :) ideally lol, with GSW 2012 1st and a slew of other 1st, they could essentially eat Arenas contract too, making a trade with Orl more appealing.

LA-while we're not getting the ideal C which is Howard, I feel Lopez will suffice at the C spot, his post game isnt as strong/aggressive as Bynum but his perimiter game is alot more mature, him and Pau could spread the floor for each other better then Bynum/Pau.

SO there it is folks 4 legit contributors to an already good team (Curry, Morrow, Lopez, Ariza)

Curry/Blake/Fish
Kobe/Morrow/Barnes
Artest/Ariza/Barnes
Pau/Odom/Caracter
Lopez/#11

no Howard, no problem this team is as deep as anyone this league :), aww one can dream lol

I lol'd.

Creative......... certainly creative.

NJ wants Howard too and the only chip they have is Lopez so there's no way they're trading him.

Now do a CP3 mega dream.

they might not need Lopez if they can eliminate Arenas contract too, with Bynum TPE they should have room to absorb Howard & Arenas together  ....but yes it is a dream....but I'll say the 1st 2 part are certainly attainable lol hardly pipe :) the 3rd part would have to involve Orl at the inception but that would just complicate things

Pau for Monta?

Post#927 » by dukeknicksirish » Thu Jun 2, 2011 11:20 pm

Monta Ellis and Charlie Bell
For
Pau Gasol

Gives LA the point guard you've needed
-Monta can defend the point
-A back-court of both Monta and Kobe would be unbelievably difficult to defend
- and gives you an expiring in Charlie Bell...
+ You guys want to get rid of Pau anyway...
Gives GSW a center that they have always needed...

What do u think?

These trade ideas keep getting worse and worse.

And coincidentally all of the bad trades stem from GSW and LAL doing business.

Chicago I can understand but the Clippers? Yeah, I'm sure Dwight can't wait to play for that sack of **** Donald Sterling.

what package is Chi offering, do you mean centure around that fake hustle C of theirs Noah? Dude just gloried rebounder with no offensive game to speak off, its no wonder Thomas looked alot better on PnR with Rose. Besides Noah what else would Chi give them, dont tell me Cha future mid-range late draft pick

This guy is hilarious. Mad because his idea gets trashed so he gets all uppity, huffy, and puffy then decides to post the above nonsense.

You've really opened my mind on that deal. Now that I've read your reply it certainly makes sense for us to do it.

^ lol.

anyway...

im hoping once the staff is assembled we start getting a solid idea of what management is going to do as far as roster changes. id say theres a very good chance we do nothing with the CBA uncertainty.

from the excerpt i read of Browns interview it sounds like he wants the PG to push the ball and iniate the offense faster, so hoping that takes Fish out of the equation
