The only other guy close is Freddie Freeman, so pay attention to that Sett.

Especially playing in Petco, and with teams like San Fran and even Los Angeles in the division, I felt like that was going to limit Rizzo to 18-25 HR. I agree he can be a .300 hitter though. It was a fun ride with Rizzo (I picked him to fill my last prospect spot on a flyer the year he returned from cancer) but the present upside and the flexibility that 1st round pick provides was too much to pass up. Ogando was also fun to have on my team but so much about him and his future is still an unknown quantity and I thought Ubaldo presented a lower risk of taking a big hit in value. Overall, happy with the deal.

He's also going to get to play in Arizona and Colorado. There are guys who can flirt with 30 HRs or surpass HRs in that division and I believe in Rizzo's skills, size, and power. What he's doing in the PCL is just comical but I think his power upside is higher.
If I didn't have Feliz, I don't think I would have done the deal. There is still some uncertainty but, worst case scenario is that he ends up closing and then I would still have one closer. If they keep Feliz in the pen then he's probably going to start long term.
For all the crap I give you Sett, you are probably the easiest person to work a trade with. I feel like we make a deal every season. We actually go back and worth if there is actually something there or we both realize pretty quickly when the other is hoping to snooker the other (Kazmir for Longoria?). Thank you for being easy.

I agree Sett is the easiest to work with.

Chach why didn't pick up Amarista and Sands. They have been just as funny as Rizzy and come free.
Honestly I probably wouldn't have given up the 1st round pick for both Rizzo and Ogando, let alone add in Ubaldo. Which shows how lopsided I think it is. But it's whatever, you seem to be in love. I also know Sett is not allowed to ever veto any trade with this trade going down. He has now somehow gotten away with this and the Aaron Hill for Halladay craziness.
I suck to trade with, because there are really only like 30 other players in the league I will actually trade for, and those 30 certainly aren't the best 30 players, they are often spread with odd personal favorites

The trade isnt veto worthy at all so why even bring that up? The prospect pick will either be good or bad, but you never know because its not a sure thing at all. Ogando has looked nearly as good as Ubaldo at the start of last year, and that was probably Ubaldo's ceiling. He may have done a decent job of selling high here. I do think he could have gotten more if people knew Ubaldo was available, but I dont think its terrible at all.

Rizzo was ranked the #75 prospect in the game coming into the season, a 1st round prospect pick is a sure thing top 50 pick. Rizzo isn't a sure thing either, and surely not with Petco, so I don't know what you are talking about. And Ogando is a 27 year old putting up a 6 K/9, wtf are you talking about. Go look at my recent pickups, yes, I know I'm amazing but other people can pick these guys up to. Oh, wait, this is probably the 19th century league we are in and we are looking at a small sample ERA to judge a pitcher. Listen, I think Ogando is decent, I was thinking about picking him up in FA, but he sure is hell isn't anything I would think twice about dropping.

Freddie Freeman has accumulated over 130 ABs, so this is the two week warning. He will need to be added by May 21st.
That means you Sett.

Miggy could potentially be had. Looking for a top prospect and a 1st round prospect pick at minimum

Re: 2011 MLB Dynasty League (insfo up in both drafts)
I made a boo boo. I was in the process of adding Danny Duffy and dropping Danny Valencia, and accidentally dropped Danny Espinosa. That was not my intention though, it was to drop Valencia and add Duffy. If anyone can bare with me and not snatch up Espinosa, that would be much appreciated. I sent an email to Setterlund, but I'm sure he won't log on before to switch it for me.
Honest mistake guys. Too many damn Danny's involved in that transaction.

Sure thing, buddy. If anyone is willing to sell the farm for one of my 21-year-old 1Bs, Eric Hosmer and Freddie Freeman, let me know.

I'm really hoping Crow gets a save and Ty losing the save category by one.

Crow is in Sabertooth's minor league system, I tried to let Benny know but he hasn't responded.

Re: 2011 MLB Dynasty League (insfo up in both drafts)
Confirmed.
I can't wait to see the reaction to this. BigBoy's head might explode, he's been trying to trade for Pujols since he traded him to me in the first place.
I'm looking to make one last trade. If someone's got an extra closer or a young third baseman, V-Mart is available, Josh Hamilton is available, I might be willing to give up one more starter. I've also got prospects and picks and everyone is available except Rizzo.

Um, no I haven't. While I wouldn't have minded him back I think I've told you I didn't really want him/don't value him as high as you/most. Now there is a certain player on your roster where said head might have exploded. By the way, you are making me look quite bad on that Ogando/Rizzo trade so far, luckily I have 1st place to drown my sorrows in though.

Re: 2011 MLB Dynasty League (insfo up in both drafts)
He's not going anywhere now. I see a hard time seeing a package I value working out for the other guy so he's probably staying put.
Ogando isn't this good and I"ll be the first to admit that. His peripherals suggest he's going to come back to earth at some point so I'm waiting for him to level out around a 3.2-3.5 ERA level. Good but not Cy Young but I hope I'm wrong. Rizzo is a god damn beast, I take all the credit for that.
If I get a little luck I could still compete for the crown this year but even if I don't win it this year, I'm going to be in it and my team is set up big time forever so I'm content. Still looking for third base guys.
