For the write-ups...it should be done by June 5th 11:59 PM (Tonight), but have it done by 12:00 PM June 6th at the latest...that is around when we will e-mail the judges the link to start judging.

tk76...can you message me the e-mail to the judges (who will be judging via e-mail)? Thanks.

I have contacted Brian, Derek, Jordan and Tom. I said:

The GM's are putting up their team summaries right now at: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1117203

We would like the judging to take place this Monday-Tuesday (June 6th-7th)

Please give each team a 3 part score:
Championship Contending (Can they win a title?) 30 points
Future (positioned to attain or sustain success over the next 5 years) 15 points
Roster Management (Did they build a smart team that fits together?) 5 points
Total Points=50 points

Do you want to post your results at RealGM or email me your results? We do plan on posting individual scores unless you have a problem with that

...I will IM you any results I get by email, but I hope they just post them on the judging thread. Also, once we have everyones results we can start a new thread to post them and discuss.

So far we only have 11 of 30 teams. I wonder if we should give people an extra day, or we can just post the remaining rosters tomorrow at noon.

Just tell the judges they have until, say even Thursday afternoon to judge. I just want to give them enough time so they don't feel like they are rushed.

I'll give everyone until around 12:00 PM tomorrow to post their write-up...after that, I'll just throw up their roster.

Only 1 year on the sim because for a lot of teams are only built for one year. Thus, many teams will start losing players in those years to retirement. PLUS, free agency would happen. Just too many variables.

Yes. Everyone had the last week or so to trade. More then enough time to do your trades.

I'm still seeing instances in the write-up thread of people claiming to own players they don't.

Some examples I see...

T-Wolves claim to own Brackins (he's owned by the Magic)
Jazz claim to own Daniel Orton (he's owned by the Nuggest)
Bucks claim to own Johan Petro (he's owned by the Nets)

Oh I didn't know Orton was on a team. I claimed him in the FA thread, someone drafted him? No worries.

Yep, he was drafted. He was one of a few picks that weren't updated in the draft thread when FA signing started.
