He didn't own Knight, both had pretty bad games.

Yeah, and Walker owned Knight I believe, but people dismiss that because it is only a college game. I like both, but like Knight's upside a bit more.

Knight had 17pts/8rebs/5asts (6/23 from the field, 3/11 from 3pt range, 2/2 from the FT line)
Walker had 18pts/6rebs/7asts (6/15 from the field, 1/5 from 3pt range, 5/6 from the FT line)

They also played against each other once earlier on in the year.
Knight had 6pts/2rebs/5asts (3/15 from the field, 0/8 from 3pt range, 0/1 from the FT line)
Walker had 29pts/2rebs/6asts (10/17 FG, 3/4 3pt, 6/6 FTs)

But again, you're comparing players at different stages in their development, so it's really hard to project one way or another. I understand that both are good prospects in our range, and I'd be fine if we end up with one of them, but I think I like the bigs better.

And a lot of times they weren't even matched up.

Washington assistant coach Raphael Chillious saw Kanter for the first time while he was conducting a clinic in Greece for Nike. The 6-foot-11 inch Kanter now 19, was only 16 years old.

"Two things stood out right away," Chillious told NBA.com.

"He's got unbelievably soft hand. He caught everything. And he reminded me of a Moses Malone-type rebounder. I saw him go out of bounds on one side of the basket [to claim a rebound] and come back inbounds on the other. Moses was like that. This kid is just a high, high, high level, instinctive rebounder."

I wonder what kind of impression we'll have of him from his workout for us today.

To me we have too much quiet, good citizens on our team - Ed Davis, Derozan, and to some extent, Bargs. My wild guess is Knight has similar trait so I would like to add something different. There is no denial that this team need serious leadership and a more vocal leader and I'm hoping Walker could provide those intangibles. You can teach game, but you can't teach attitude.

Thx for the stats. By just looking at them, it seems knight is even a more chucker walker is.

Ed Davis may be quiet, but on the court he's the type of dude that will actually talk on defense and show leadership on the court. Love his dancing after the starting lineups get announced...that may not be leadership but its personality

DeMar is still a young dude, I think he will blossom into a leader soon as he gets even more confident about his game.

Right, Kemba played SG on every possession you'd have used to gauge his distribution skills as a PG, in that game and the entire tourney, and he was getting ripped for his defence on PGs.

Kemba Walker has been most effective with Shabazz Napier playing with him in the backcourt. With Napier on the floor, Walker can play more off the ball. When Napier entered the game with 10:47 left in the first half against Kentucky, Walker came off a screen and hit a 3-pointer, his first made field goal in Connecticut's half-court offense. Walker was 5 of 11 from the field against Kentucky with Napier on the court and 1 of 4 with him off the court.

Damn, that's quite a lot... so Kemba/Brandon and up to 8 others? Wonder who they are.

It will probably be a bunch of guys we aren't really considering with our pick. We're seeing Kanter today, Kyrie/DWill won't be coming here for a workout, and Biyombo/Valanciunas/Vesely/Motiejunas we'll only be able to see in Europe, so that leaves only Leonard/Burks/TT as the only guys BC has mentioned in this entire draft process. Maybe we look at some guys that we could move down or acquire an additional pick for.

I'm guessing Tristan Thompson is one of the other guys coming in.

1. Irving
2. Williams
3. Knight
4. Kanter
5. Walker
6. Vasely
7. Leonard
8. Burks
9. Biyombo
10. Valanciunas

This is the order I'd like the Raps to select.

Me thinks Knight is scared.

I don't like it, but Knight's camp knows there is nothing to gain. He's trying to compare himself to Irving, not Kemba.
