If I'm a ref I'm giving the Mavs more calls too. Last time I checked you have Wade flopping all over the floor, Bosh faking his dive and Lebron winking after his. Miami is the most hollywood team in the league. If you embarrass me as a ref like that, you better believe I'm going to call less things for you and more things against you. How could you not? I'd have no trust in you. Embellish all you want but don't expect calls down the line.

Its all but over now. Miami has looked like the better team overall in every game thus far, with Dallas having to scramble and come back every time. I think Miami takes the next one in a blowout, Dallas wins Game 5, and the Heat finish it out in Miami.

Refs aren't supposed to make calls on their trust or mistrust of players, nor on their personal agendas when/if feeling embarrassed.

Anything but, actually.

Your explanation here would be to take something somewhat wrong and replace it with something downright wrong. Not sure how that's supposed to work.

There's bad calls all over the place to be honest. You can never be fully happy with the officiating. Part of the reason everyone notices Wade and Lebron getting calls is because they're the most involved in the game. They handle the ball, drive, take contact more than anybody.

Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Too early to say. Miami's been blowing leads, while Dallas has had to play catchup. This is why this series is so intense. Its anyones series basically

aside from when the buzzer sounded in game 2, dallas has not had control of a game at any point this series. miami has been down by 9 points once, and 8 points another time, but both leads only lasted one possession before evaporating entirely mere minutes later.

Finals season sucks, missed most of game 3. Caught some of the 4th, and although I've been kind of hard on the refs for "favouring" Miami, it kind of looked like they were doing that for the Mavericks last night.

Definitely seemed like it in game 3. A lot of questionable calls coming off of rebounds against the Heat. Looked to me they want to extend the series for as long as possible, but it really does look as if Miami has it in the bag either way.

James is due for a huge game. Wade is due to cool off a bit. I think the same goes for Dirk eventually, who basically has to play out of his damn mind for the Mavs to get back in this

I think Stevenson talking junk is a very risky thing. A motivated/pissed off Heat team can close out a series pretty fast.

It's the NBA finals, what more motivation do you need?

Not sure why I was watching that garbage but in the pre-pre-game with Rod Black, Jack Armstrong, and Leo Rautins, Rod tried to sneak in the possibility of Mike D'Antoni coming to the raptors when he was talking about the situation in New York. That's the only thing they said about the raptors >:[

Dirk's gunning right out the gate lol. Dallas got to box-out and grab those defensive rebounds.

+1. Stevenson has played some solid D and made some much needed 3-pt shots for the Mavericks this series when other no other Maverick could.
