The Thunder aren't overly impressed with anyone around their draft range. If someone like Chris Singelton slips, then Im sure they would take him, but there aren't that many difference makers at #26.
Mirotic has lottery talent and fits what the Thunder need. It doesnt sound like he is coming over anytime soon, nor does he want to, but he has value. The Thunder don't need immediate help from the draft and have been patient in the past with draft picks. I think they are one of the few teams that would take him in the first round.

Believe what you want. Rumor is that everyone is impressive in their team workouts. Take that with a grain of salt. Especially considering Kanter was the first guy they went to see. Could be a huge smokescreen. Rumors also say that they are very high on Vesely and Colangelo was in Europe to see Vesely lead his team to the Serbian title yesterday. Vesely had a big game.
Raptors have made it known that they need to change their defensive culture. Vesely will help do that, Kanter will not. Im sure they still are both in consideration, but Id give Vesely the edge now.
Kanter is very overrated by the general public. He is nowhere near the consensus best Euro among GMs as he is among internet GMs.

and thats what trades and free agency is for. Thunder aren't finding a player at #26 that is going to help much next year.
Moot point since Mirotic likely isnt staying in the draft

Chad Ford via twitter - Looks like both Nikola Mirotic & Davis Bertans staying in the draft. Both will be 1st rounders. Look for Mirotic at OKC & Bertans to Spurs
