Can't stand that sh-t. It's one of my biggest pet peeves, while playing basketball, along with calling over-the-back on rebounds.

I see your problem.

Thick hair, in general, isn't easy to maintain. I speak from personal experience. I'll assume your hair is somewhat wavy as well, which would make it even more difficult to cut. It would also depend on how you like your hair styled. Having it too short will eff up how your hair looks when it grows back since thick hair has different rates of growth per fiber (how unfortunate for us). So layers that you didn't even want start to form out of nowhere.

Please, marry the next person who knows how to handle your hair then pass them on to me.

Intro to Cosmetology 100 right here. That's pretty accurate to what I deal with, although it's more curly than wavy.
