I didn't watch the celebration, well there's only so much I can take but I wouldn't be surprised if Cuban mooned the crowd, screamed "**** you" at Stern and did the chicken dance on the court.

What is it exactly you see in him ? Dude is utter garbage, it was a reason the Spurs dumped him. The Mavs signed him simply because they were in dire straights for any size they could find.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
I went to sleep during the game with a world full of war and famine. I wake up to take a piss, see the Heat has lost and a world simultaneously thrusted into utopia. Good to know those pansies lost. The media machine is going to destroy LeBron James.
It would feel better to know that we were the ones to do this to LeQueen but whatever. And as someone said earlier this makes losing to Dallas a little easier for me to swallow. I still hate them though.

From what I've seen he's been classy all playoffs. He brought in the original Dallas owner to accept the trophy from Stern.

I second this. Mahinmi has been straight garbage. The guy cannot play any defense whatsoever. Do not want.

Very classy of him indeed. Looks like a lot has changed in their organization for the good.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
I've been saying this for years, if Dallas ever paired Dirk with a Kobe or Wade, he would have 4 or 5 rings by now and be regarded as one of the best to ever step onto the court.

Still Really Happy for Jason Kidd.
If you don't like and respect Jason Kidd, IMO you really don't like basketball.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
From a pure basketball perspective (their are personal reasons many don't like J-Kidd) Kidd definitely deserved this title and I'm very happy he got it. He just absolutely cemented himself as the second greatest PG in the history of the game, period.
Dirk was a beast and I'm happy for him as well ... just cemented himself as one of the top 6 PF's ever and a case could be made for him being #2!
The Mavs were by far the best team this post-season ... amazing run. 4-2 over Portland, 4-0 over Lakers, 4-1 over Thunder and 4-2 over Heat ... 12-3 against the next 3 best teams in the NBA, wow.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
Jeff Van Gundy recently suggested that the Heat break up the big 3 for a chance to land Dwight Howard.
Firstly, I'd like to say that I was calling for the Heat to trade Wade from the minute Lebron announced he would play in Miami. Those two do not play well together and it would be so easy to stack the entire starting lineup around Lebron that it is a no-brainer.
What I envisioned was a Wade for Nene, Felton and JR Smith trade and I still maintain that had Riles taken my advice the Heat would have stormed through the playoffs and be holding the NBA title right now.
As for JVG's Dwight Howard wish ... that won't be such an easy task.
The two following trades seem to be the most realistic:
HEAT TRADE: Wade, Bosh & expiring or easily bought out contracts of Juwan, Magloire, House and Z
MAGIC TRADE: Dwight, Richardson, Hedo and Ryan Anderson
NOTE: The above would instantly give the Heat a more balanced lineup with a stretch 4 and defensive minded banger PF combo, the most physically imposing SF and C in the game, a top 10 SG in his prime and a returning Mario Chalmers at the point, perhaps accompanied by an MLE signing. The Magic certainly don't want to trade Dwight but if they do, could they possibly get back a better package than Wade, Bosh and more financial flexibility? I don't think so.
HEAT TRADE: Lebron, Mike Miller, Dexter Pittman and Big Z
MAGIC TRADE: Dwight and Hedo
NOTE: Is a Dwight and Hedo combo better than a Lebron and Joel Anthony combo? That is the question and one that could be answered ten different ways. Personally feel the Magic and Heat would both rather consider the first Wade and Bosh package than this second scenario featuring Lebron.
Some other trades that make sense for the Heat would be as follows:
Wade for a re-signed Marc Gasol and OJ Mayo
Lebron for Kevin Love, Johnny Flynn, the #2 pick (Derrick Williams) and a large TPE
Wade and Bosh for CP3, Okafor and a re-signed David West
Wade, Bosh, Miller and Pittman for Monta, Lee, Biedrins, Udoh and the #14 pick
Lebron, Miller, Haslem and Anthony for Andrew Bynum, Odom, Artest and Shannon Brown

No, no, no. You save your mind for unfathomable scenarios in which we land Dwight. Stop helping Miami.
I just noticed you Q&S'd me (quoted & sigged). Cute. You can take it off it now >_>

Hahahaha, I hear you! I definitely don't want to help the Heat though trading Wade seems so obvious and the quickest way to make that team almost indestructible.

Hahahaha, not gonna happen, I love my signature now ... that's a great quote

He pretty much kept his mouth shut throughout the entire playoffs. I was surprised because the guy usually makes a comment on everything.
