Thank God, you're leaving. Noticed your confidence in your team left way before though. :D

Bosh looked like he was 26 going on 40 this season, but played well tonight.

Lebron seems like such a douche from his interview. No accountability at all. As if the Heat needed any more people to dislike them.

Haha that is pretty funny. Man I remember when we used to be fans of Bosh saying he had so much passion and heart after he cried during that Bulls game when he found out we weren't making the playoffs.

Bosh did display a lot of passion in that first playoffs year for us. I think over time he's lost a lot of it. I thought he has always cared about winning, but doing what was necessary to win is something that gets lost in a lot of the younger players as they seem to get older/richer

Yes, LeBron's game is built to be effective only if he dominates the ball, but he's good at that as he's an elite PG and dribble-drive penetrator. Regarding his spot-up jumpshot, he shot 36.9% from three when spotting-up during the regular season and post-season combined from synergy sports.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

:nonono: That team just won't work. If there's a season next year and they don't win a Championship there's going to be a HUGE media frenzy over that.

jxy007 wrote:Everyone keeps asking why does Lebron suck at closing in this series compared to his brilliance in the previous two series against Boston and Chicago. I think I have a logical hypothesis as to why he shrunk in the fourth quarter.
The key is Dirk. his ability to score consistently in key possessions of the fourth quarter put a lot of pressure on lebron because he feels he gotta match Dirk basket for basket. Clearly, none of the big three is as good a closer as Dirk who might be the toughest guard in the playoffs this year. Kobe can't match him, Durant can't match him, why should Lebron be able to? He was never recognized as a better closer than them.

That reason doesn't make any sense. The problem was, Lebron didn't even try to close out the game for the previous 3-4 games. He just gave up the ball and hoped his teammates would do something. It wasn't just in the closing moments either. His shot was off and he was scared to shoot the entire time. Most of his points came from transition baskets and lay-ups, which you see less of in the 4th.

KrazyP wrote:What the hell were you watching? How many open jump shots did they actually get?? The Miami offense sucks. Put Miller and Bibby on other playoff teams and their 3-pt % would rise.

What the ****? How much more open do Miller and Bibby need to be? LeBron James and Dwyane Wade create some of the best three-point shots for their teammates, look at Mario Chalmers as an example during these playoffs. How come Chalmers was able to knock down his open shots at a near 40% clip?

I agree that Miller and Bibby pretty much got open shots. Bibby was still shooting like 43% during the regular season, so it's not like Lebron/Wade made him worse. He just wasn't hitting shots. In the playoffs last year, Bibby also had a bunch of stinkers..his 3's look to be a similar pattern to this year's playoffs. Mike Miller, on the other hand, has extremely inconsistent minutes and his hand is still injured. Plus, he's dealing with personal issues, which may result in him spending less time in the gym.

The real problem with Miami was that their defense didn't hold up and on offense, Bosh was scared to shoot and Lebron was scared to shoot/be aggressive (Lebron did better in the final game..but too little too late). Bosh's weaknesses on D were exposed as well, even though there were some defensive positives.

Why didn't LeBron go to college? Cause he never finishes his finals.

Deshawn Stevenson may be a knucklehead, but I just loved how he played in this series.

Who's 26? LeBron? True, but he turns 27 at end of year.

He shares a birth date with Eldrick "Tiger" Woods. (Tiger is 9 years older)

Amazing how all across Real GM, fans of all teams are celebrating the Heat loss.
