Kenneth Faried supplies defense and rebounding and I happen to think he'll be the BPA. I would be happy with Selby, Vucevic, Motiejunas, Darius Morris, and Charles Jenkins

As much as I want Sleby, I dont think were gonna tak him...

My vote is based on who I think the front office will take, not who my personal favorite is..

With that being said...Donotas it is.

I voted Selby but I can understand the argument for Dontas as bpa. I'd draft Jackson and Jenkins before Marshon though...

How is Selby's defense really ? I know he's got some potential on the offensive side but is he a good defender ? Does he put the effort on D ?

I went with Selby. I think he has a ton of talent and I think with the backing of Billups and Melo the team will take him. The kid can be great if he can harness his potential. My other 2 guys who I think they would take would be Brooks or Motie but I think they go with Selby.

If nothing else, the Knicks appear to be doing a much better job of hiding who they are really interested this time around. Could be Selby, could be Motiejunas, could be Brooks. Heck it could be Tyler for all we know.

But just watching the Motiejunas workout, it absolutely looks like he was tanking it. It definitely looked like he was just chucking it up there deliberately trying to look bad. Honestly, it's the best tanking job since the Spurs pulled just before the Duncan draft.

Now I never quite understand the tanking because of a guarantee (I mean it's not like if you do real well that the team that gave you that guarantee won't take you if you're still on the board) but if anyone looked like he was tanking it, Motiejunas was.

And I will also so, Motiejunas looked like he added a lot of bulk (again in a good way) from what we've seen previously on clips. TBH he looked bigger than Vucevic did in his recent workout. Considering that Motiejunas is more athletic, has higher upside and probably is more skilled right now..as a 7 footer...I would think that you'd go with Motiejunas over Vucevic (especially if it's the Knicks who gave him the promise).

Gonna go with Brooks. I think Selby might be a bit too raw for NYK to want and take right away, Donatas has a buyout problem so he might be a Tiago Splitter type of situation when the Knicks need talent on the squad, and Vucevic might not work well in a fast pace system like D'Antoni. He kind of reminds me of Okur and Okur works best in a slow pace offense.

Seen Brooks play and he is smooth and decisive. Would contribute right away and help the Knicks.

i'd deal fields and toney if it meant getting selby and donatas too. since i don't see that happening, i think we have to go with the best bet. marshon will be the sorta player that will surprise alot of people in the league by how good he'll be.

he is not to kobe bryant as harold minor was to michael jordan. he's got alot good kobe in him.

Motiejunas has bust written all over him. Even if u believe that he tanked his workout, he is not the type of player that fits this team either. We either need a C who rebounds and puts a body on other 7 footers who has a pulse on offense such as Vucevic or a shooting guard / point guard hybrid such as Jimmer/Brooks/Shumpert/Shelby.
