I want a pair of Beats but man those things cost too damn much. I got some Bose headphones (free of charge) and I'm quite satisfied.

You a recording artist or producer Jay?

if you're in the market for some audio gear, if you haven't already, head on over to http://head-fi.org

that's THE audio forum that has mountains upon mountains of knowledge about hi fidelity audio. reviews about just about any piece of audio equipment, giant wiki about anything u wanna ask, how-to DIY jobs, sound comparisons, constantly updated new value internet deals on any audio gear, organise audio meets, shops that will let u try before u buy. basically, join the forum, ask and u shall receive.

and lord knows sometime i wish i havent discovered the damn place. im 2 grand out of pocket in 18 months since finding head-fi and im probably will spend more, maybe on some 900 buck custom IEMs

my gear includes senn hd650s, grado sr325is, ath-m50s, earsonic sm3s and koss portapros. and i run them off a cowon j3 or a fiio e7/e9 source.

depends what u want from your sound really. im less into hi fidelity audio and more into "fun, enjoyable" coloured audio. especially smooth mid-range where the vocals are accentuated, i can't get enough of smooth vocal work, i can space out for hours at a time on my hd650s

I'd be willing to spend anywhere from $50-$100 on headphones, of course with the higher the cost the better the quality they'd better be. The Bose headphones I currently use were originally priced at $120 I believe and came with extra tips and some other junk as shown below.

Based on my personal experience with these headphones I would be willing to pay $120 just for the headphones alone but one of my relatives purchased a Bose speaker system and the headphones along with the tips and case came free of charge and then gave them to me. They sound amazing not to mention they look cool as well.

Yeah Dre has some headphones for $120 those ibeats or whatever, but I'd want either the Tour or Heartbeats which on the official website are priced at $190 (Tour) and $150 (Heartbeats). For some reason I like having more than one pair of headphones, so I may swallow the $30 and buy some Heartbeats. But I am not willing to spend almost $200 on one pair of headphones.

And you're getting a pair of Tours for $60? That's one hell of a deal.

I love that forum. They really tempted me to shell out some big bucks for an onkyao speaker set while I was in college.

If he e-mails me back. This is the picture he posted. Something about getting them as a gift and already having a bear of the headphones.

Aren't those like $90 at Target? Worth the extra $30 to get it with a warranty and replacement plan than buy from someone over the internet.

The only Dr. Dre headphones I've seen in Target are the Beats and they come with a 1 yr. limited warranty. And I believe they were around the $90-$100 price range.

Hopefully you know this person well enough and trust to buy products from them Ryan. It would suck to be short $60 from buying a dud.

Agree to meet them somewhere on campus and if it looks shady or the seal looks busted or he won't let me try them before I pay him then it's a no deal. Looks like he's not going to e-mail me back anyways.

If I spend $90 I'm going to get these I think http://reviews.cnet.com/headphones/klip ... ontentBody

I don't know yet though... haven't read up on earphones yet like I did headphones before I bought my pair.

Sleep then silly.

Good morning yall. Been cleaning out my closet. I have no more room for anything. Need to throw some stuff out....or at least keep it elsewhere.

man I'm so out of date when it comes to technology/gadgets and stuff

my mp3 player is still the first ipod nano edition. the screen is messed up now; you can only see the top half part of the screen, and the rest is just plane white lol. the headphone that I use with it is a cheap headphone that I got free from a flight.

my computer is a desktop dell dimension 8400, got it in 2004. sometimes when I turn it on, the computer fan would sound so effing loud, it seems like it is going to explode. when that happens I just quickly unplug my computer.

one time I tried to just let it run, not turn it off and see what happens, it turned out to be not a very good idea. smoke started coming out of the effing cpu, I thought I'm not gonna able to use my computer again. so yea, every now and then I just reformat my computer. I use a 21+ monitor screen with it though.

the most latest system that I have is my ps3, which I bought 2 years ago, and thats it. I'm thinking of really updating my "gadgets". my list this year: 1) macbook air/Ipad/ dell tablet 2) bose noise-cancelling 3) nano 5g

I personally think Bose are slightly over-priced. I am up in the air as to whether or not I'm getting an air or iPad to replace my MacBook Pro when it dies (I built myself a cheap desktop PC last spring and just add parts here and there to keep it up to date) and I will probably replace my first gen iPod touch soon (came with my MBP)

They're $150 at Target I believe. The kid apparently lives on my street.
