Whoa, I just opened that Trout pic in MS Paint (yeah ****!) and his background was blurred. Is that what you do with that pen tool? Sort of drag from where you want to keep and blur the rest of the image to make it disappear?

No you need to right click and do a save as trout.png

it's relaxing and skills in photoshop are good/fun to have.
