Stats and loses seem to be something that follows the Timberwolves, I'm not convinced they follow Jefferson.
I am very happy to have a legitimate scoring big who has length and size. You must have bigs to compete, and I feel like we finally have the size necessary to do some damage at high levels. Once we get the supporting cast right, and the young ones develop, I expect big things.

In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

Wolves were usually pretty good with Kevin Garnett.

Ever Since Flip Saunders left they have been hurting. A 29 year old KG couldn't keep them above water. That whole organization fell apart. Jefferson wat there for three years with three different coaches. There were obviously many reasons for their bad records, what's not obvious is that Al is at fault.

Re: What can Al Jefferson fetch?
Milwaukee offers you guys Corey Maggette and Ersan Ilysova.
I realize that isn't what you are looking for, but I think the book is out on Al. He only works for us because maybe he could be hidden defensively next to Bogut, even though on offense those two would compete for the same spot on the block.

I would rather sit Al on the bench for the rest of his contract than trade him for Maggette and Ilysova.

AV, RS and TPe= maybe, but cavs overrate AV, and don't want AJ
AI+ 16= LOL, Philly's rebuilding and AJ isn't iggy worth
CL and KM= Houston's high on CL, KM straight up could work, but you already have DH
Gallo, Felton and Anderson= Gallo(hell no), Felton and Anderson is more like it.
AJ is worth Darko and Webster or Andre Miller and Fernandez. You'll get good role players back. or mid round pick. IMO
You're severely underrating Al. 20-10 big man who have a low post game are not easy to find.
Atlanta would probably do it so they could move Horford to PF IMO.
Philly might not do it if they think Al and Brand can't coexist. Valuewise they'd definitely do it.
Same reason Houston might not do it. Martin works well for them. Having Al and Scola might be redundant.
Denver likes Gallo and Felton, plus they already have NenĂª in the post. On the other hand, Jazz have no need for Felton, although having Gallo at SG would be nice.

Pacers wouldn't do Hibbert for AlJeff, why would they add two picks?
eLo wrote:pure absurd, i heard that Bird wants to give Granger for Big Al and i can understand such tread proposal, but this
Pacers turned down a Granger for AlJeff deal when he was on Minnesota. I can't see why they take it now.
Could a Hansbrough, Rush, + 2012 1st bring in either of Millsap or Jefferson or no?
And what do think you will do with 3 & 12? Big/Small? Small/Big/? Small/Small?

I think you're vastly overrating the significance of exceeding two arbitrarily-assigned statistical benchmarks on a losing team.

I could have written Al can score and is a decent rebounder. Would that have made any difference? What I wanted to say is that he has more value than most seem to think. Same goes for Harris. Neither has a bad contract and both can contribute.
You really think "AJ is worth Darko and Webster or Andre Miller and Fernandez"?
