OK, tonight's the night. Just play your heart out and win the Cup.
I'll make a promise: if Vancouver doesn't win tonight, I'm not going to follow hockey until the NHL draft!

Haha Terry.
I'll say one thing, as close as this game might be to a toss up, Vancouver just absolutely has to win it. Luongo's got everything to lose with a loss, and so does Kesler. The city will implode if the cup isn't in our hands by the end of the night. I will be downtown, it's going to get real crazy, can't wait!!
Canucks take it, 2-1!

Yes, I sure hope Vancouver can pull this out, but I have my doubts. Luongo always seems to follow up a stinker with another stinker. He definitely needs to break the trend tonight. We also need an aggressive neutral zone D to stop some of those rushes. I'm not too much into predictions but I'm hoping for a 3-1 victory for Vancouver with the last one being into an empty net.

hbhahaah, Yes Boston, whoop those scrubs.
I'm sorry you can't have a goalie like Lunguo and expect to win. You can't be hot one game, and absolutely terrible the next..
I can't recall a year where a team made the finals inspite of their goal-tender...I mean it's gotta be a record amount he's been pulled this playoffs.
Honestly I figured Vancouver would have lost to Chicago in round 1, and they almost did...but they managed to make it far, but you could see the player as the series wore on, especially in the finals, they didn't really have confidence in their goaltender, and as result played not as much of an attacking style like they are capable of.
If Vancouver had Tim Thomas, They'd have swept the Bruins...Hell they'd have swept Chicago, and maybe lost like 1 or 2 games total all playoffs.

Vancouver played like crap all series long led by Poo-ongo. The Bruins deserve the cup.

Yep, Boston deserved it. They looked good all series long, we looked like a Pee Wee team for more than half of it.

Re: Stanley Cup Finals: Canucks vs. Bruins
No doubt Boston deserved it. Tim Thomas and Chara is a mighty combo. Sucks the way the Canucks lost though. 4 games of just wanting them to score is not how I envisioned the finals going. Big questions need to be addressed about the Canucks this summer. I'm hoping for a rematch in 2012.
