No, they wouldn't.

Why not?

Nelson doesn't fit into their long term plans, though I would think he could be flipped to another team for long-term assets that would be a better fit. I would acquire Nelson knowing that he could be an asset that could net a future draft pick. Redick would be a one-year rental and you can never have enough shooting on a basketball team. Anderson is better than White and there's no harm in having a young power forward who has proven to be a productive bench player for a playoff team.

Those pieces might not fit together right away, but it's not like team cohesion is the most important thing. It's about accumulating assets on a team that had Kwame Brown playing major minutes for them. And yes, all of those players are assets or can be traded for other assets that would be a better fit for Charlotte. If you're more interested in draft picks than players, that's understandable, but the value in that proposed deal is too good to pass up in my opinion.

I value Jackson higher than Wallace.

That Chicago trade isn't bad but unlike the Portland trade, we're taking back salary (Watson and Korver).

I would be more happy with:

CHA: Jackson
CHI: Korver, Asik, #28, #43, our 2012

OR

CHA: Jackson
CHI: Watson, Asik, #28, #30, our 2012

I like this one, i'd do it in a heart beat.

I'm guessing the can extend Augustin for less than what Nelson is currently making, so I'm guessing they stick with Augustin.

Absolutely not...i'm just fine with keeping Jack to be honest. Though he can run astray with the techs from time to time, the mental toughness and leadership that he brings to this team is something these young guys will need. Tell me on the current roster who will step up and be the vocal leader? Plus, we need a legit 20 point scorer every night. We actually need to add another offensive weapon to put next to Jack. Please feel free to keep JJ, Jameer, and Ryan. Thanks and peace and blessings.

They should stick with DJ because he's younger, for one, and also because he's more specialized than Nelson. Dj can be your secondary or tertiary scorer, Nelson kind of needs to not be important to the success of a team to make an impact. He needs to look like the 5th man to play like the third, IMO.
