Look at it like this.
"Best Case wise"
With Dirk. You win 3 titles. With Bosh you win 5 titles.
Would you trade winning one this year? for winning a couple in 2015/16?"
Its sort of like Garnett/Gasol debate. KG would have won the Lakers the title that first year instead of Gasol. However, Gasol won it the last two years and KG wouldnt have done that. *Just using for example purposes*
Again. Just speaking on Best Case scenario. Not saying its for sure to happen.
Why did we never made a call for Dirk?

@ecnirps
you really think the chances are higher winning a ring with a 34/35 year old Wade, whos game is based on athleticism (most guys decline pretty fast who rely on that)
than with a 37/38 year old Dirk whos game is Malone-like (jumpshooting and producing all-star numbers into the 40s)?
to sum it up: I don't want to bash Wade here, but he is nearly 30 years old, while the rest of the big 3 is pretty young. my point was: why not swap the oldest player with another old player, but the latter one (lets say Dirk) brings a new dimension to the roster? thus enhancing our chances to win this year for sure and also (with some time to gel) making sure the next 3 years will be a dynasty
imho Wade and Lebron play way to similar - Dirk is the 3rd best low post scorer in the NBA right now (read that on ESPN some days ago) and he is having the range to be a perimeter threat. he could be used better with his versatility with Lebron and Bosh around him ... just let him do his thing on the place on the court we are strugeling the most in a game.
e.g.: Bosh can't get it done down low? let Dirk go there
e.g. Lebron can't hit the outside shot? let Dirk shoot them
e.g. Lebron/Bosh struggle from the high post? Let Dirk operate there.
according to most experts Nowitzki is having the best offensive game in the NBA right now, he lacks defense - but I guess guys like Haslem and Anthony could hide that

Dirk is too old for Bron or Wade.
Come on, you really demand an answer for this?
Why Wade didn't call Kobe?
