Re: Heat's Chris Bosh admits he 'couldn't help' crying
I don't think people can understand the pressure of working that hard for 8 months to achieve something that a select few people ever get to accomplish. I understand Bosh in that aspect. But, Lebron's way of dealing with it by immediately walking off the court was understandable also. I have seen many pro atheletes do the same exact thing. The disappointment is so great that they just want to get out of the public eye.

Provin Ya'll Wrong!!!

That was the game plan, let him score. He won't win the game on his own. Anyways I think he was crying because of the embarrassing promises made before the season, and no scapegoat to use this time for his failure. Just my opinion.
win the game on his own? he played with the two best players in the league. With all the attention on Lebron and Wade, Bosh should have dominated. Instead he played soft.
I can't believe how many of you are cool with bosh collapsing and balling his eyes out on national television. that was embarrassing. seriously, crying is one thing. collapsing like that was pathetic.
Wade and Lebron cared about winning just as much as bosh. They just aren't nearly as soft as him.

And a small penis.
Bosh just wanted to win. He's usually stoic and he let his emotions get the better of himself. I get really competitive when I play silly stuff like pickup games, video games, or even poker so I can't even fathom how utterly devastated I would be if I got to this point and just fell apart. Just thinking about it, it was a long ass season. With a long and emotionally draining playoff run, only to fall apart right before the finish line. The thought of going through that again is pretty daunting.
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

A small penis? lol. not interested in discussing my junk size on the internet (its really big by the way).
I don't have a problem with being upset about a disappointing loss. I have a problem with Bosh collapsing like spoiled like a little girl (while on national television). Like I sad earlier, it was pathetic.
Is Wade not competitive? Lebron? give me a break. Boshs experience wasn't unique, only his reaction was. You sure make a lot of excuses for him, a "daunting" task ahead. lol. give me a break! I have been a sports fan my whole life, I have seen many heartbreaking defeats (so many so much more heartbreaking than the heats loss), I have seen many guys reactions. Bosh's was probably the weakest I can remember. I was embarrassed for him.

Sad because this obviously means a lot to you, and what's that say about what else you have going on?
And Bosh's reaction was hardly unique, if you've never seen an athlete collapse in grief after a big loss before, you probably have not been paying attention or watching sports very long.

Meh, doesn't mean much to me either way, but considering that guy only ever posts on the Heat board to trash Bosh, yeah, it does seem to mean a lot to him.
And as for my post count: yeah, actually, when I accumulated ~95% of it, my life was pretty sad. I'm not too proud to admit it.
But I don't currently cruise around to other team boards to settle some petty personal vendetta against players, because, well, I have more of a life than that.

Im not even going to read through this thread. but if you think its better to have a player who doesnt care about this game and just shrugs off losses rather then actually care then you are sadly, sadly mistaken.

I agree. In my opinion, Bosh is the one who actually showed he cared. He, out of all of them, made the biggest sacrifices. Give me a guy who will cry over losing a big game, over a guy who is non-chalant and thinks it's not a big deal.
I respect Bosh for that, if nothing else.
I also, do wonder, why whenever he had it going, they never gave him the rock.

This isnt pathetic because he cried like a little girl. Anybody who has a competitive bone in their body would have been devastated by the loss.
What makes Bosh pathetic and the subject of so much criticism around the league is how he acts when off the court. Hes simply a huge media whore just like LBJ and Wade. Bosh acted like a complete douchebag in the offseason. These guys have inflated egos who think their shyt dont stink. They all joined up to win a title and when the shyt hit the fan, they crumbled. They lost to a complete team with only one bonafide superstar. And that superstar punked these guys the entire series.
