Re: Around the NBA 2.0
LeBron should shut STFU and play Point Guard. Riles get a young defensive SF, get some legit size inside shot-blocker/ re-bounder Noah type and roll with that. If Riley doesn't see this then yeah someone has got to go! Maybe send LeBron west for Oden or bury him in NC for a big or NO for CP3.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
People need to realize the Finals is all about matchups, but I will admit this matchup exposed Lebron and man does he look like a goof.
Had the Heat played the Thunder I seriously think LBJ would have averaged 35-40ppg while Wade would have been held to 15-18ppg, lebron would have led the Heat to a 6 game victory and been hailed as the next Jordan.
However, had the Heat played the Grizz I could see Lebron having a much worse series than he had against the Mavs, yet with the Heat winning, none of the Big 3 seriously standing out, etc.
This was a great Finals though ... 6 very tight games, great ending, great celebration, the winning team was filled with emotional faves and deserving vets ... great NBA Finals.

Man, it's really hard to see the Heat organization parting ways with Wade. If either one of Dwyane or Lebron has to go, it has to be Lebron. Wade gave that organization their first ring. Sure he had Shaq but his heroics during that 06 series was uncanny.
Sorry Bron, if this year's performance doesn't change... well... Miami may have to trade you to LA for Ron+whoever.

God. Imagine if Lebron is being mentored by Kobe.

I think it's a respect thing in Miami. Lebron probably feels like he's way better than Wade, when Wade yelled at him I guess he just took it in a negative way. But if Kobe did that I think he would step his game up cause the respect is there and he doesn't want to let down Kobe.

OT for a minute...
Anyone impressed yet? Jimmer or Rubio who will suck less in the NBA?!
"Jimmer Fredette impresses during workout for Utah Jazz brass with Kemba Walker"

Indiana forward Danny Granger last week, he raved about Fredette, saying he thinks Indiana might take him at No. 15. But as the draft approaches, it’s looking increasingly doubtful the former BYU guard lasts that long.

Well this was the same thing that went down at Team USA practice and happened again in Bejing. It was reported that someone (Not Kobe?) got in LeBron's grill to put him in his place. My guess it was either JKidd or Wade. Although I can certainly see Amare or Booz going off on him too.

There are rumors on Twitter that Rondo is being traded to the Lakers for Blake, Ratliff, and Walton. Hilarious.

I could actually see Boston moving Rondo and Mike Brown wanting him badly ... however the Blake, Ratliff and Walton thing is as silly as it gets ... more like Gasol, Blake and Caracter for Rondo, J.O. and a re-signed Glenn Davis.

Ainge is cut-throat and will do what he feels is best for the team ... he would rade Rondo in a sec if he thought it would improve the Celts.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
Ainge is also a fool that just traded away their starting center for a SF that barely even saw any minutes in the rotation but even then show me a scenario that makes sense for the Celtics to trade Rondo.

Re: Around the NBA 2.0
I agree and didn't say Ainge was smart, just a cut-throat.
As for Rondo trade scenarios that make sense, here are just a few:
Rondo and a re-signed Jeff Green for Devin Harris, Okur and the #2 pick (Kanter)
Rondo, J.O. and a re-signed Green and Davis for CP3 and Okafor
Rondo and a re-signed Green for Kaman, Mo, Bledsoe and Aminu

You mean the #3 pick? Utah has the 3rd pick, Minnesota has #2.

That CP3 trade might be doable if Hornets decide to go that route but other than that I don't see Boston pulling the trigger on any of the other deals as long as they are committed to winning with the big 3 and having re-signed Ray Allen I'd say they are committed to atleast 2 more contending seasons.

Yup, typo, you figured it out.

They may consider those deals for that exact reason, namely that they are committed to winning now. Adding a starting C and PG along with some depth is a better win now strategy than having a very good young PG with a suck C and no depth.
