Jimmertime!!!!!

I have been studying the prospects and I have finally picked my guy. I want Jimmer.

When you look at this draft I only see 3 guys that could possibly be starters for THIS team. Irving, Williams, Kanter. That doesnt mean game 1 but these 3 guys could ultimately be starting for us mid season. The rest of the draft is a bunch of rotation bench guys.

The team needs to be versatile. If you look at Dallas, they had guys will all sorts of specialties and dimensions. I feel our team needs more of that. That is why I am not for Knight or Walker. They are smaller versions of Tyreke. Honestly, they are not true PG's (like Tyreke) and I would put Tyreke up against either of them. A Knight/Evans or Walker/Evans backcourt is so 1 dimensional. Defenses will pack the paint.

We are weak at SF because all of our SF's are young and 1 dimensional. Omri can shoot but can rebound or defend or rebound. Donte can defend but can shoot or handle the ball. And Cisco is too vanilla and is suited more for a backup roll at the 2 or 3. Leonard or Vesely are young guys with some upside but lack the total package. I feel the SF position is a glue position and we need to get that guy in FA, not the draft.

Jimmer is the perfect guy for us. His upside is a waaay better version of Beno and coming off the bench he is exactly the kind of guy we need. He can score, especially from outside, and I am certain he will fit in with both Tyreke and MT23 as far as chemistry goes. We know he is a class act as far as character goes, and according to reports he has been tearing everyone up in workouts. Workouts dont mean everything but they certainly back up what he did all season.....light up every team he faced.

He is the guy.

Idk what tapes of Brandon Knight you've been watching, but he's a hella of a shooter. I don't see how you can say Knights a smaller verson and Reke, I think they're totally different players, and it'd be the best possible scenario if some how Knight fell in our laps. I do agree with you about Kemba though, and just like you , I'm on the Jimmer band wagon.

im sick and tired on this guy calling tyreke evans and brandon knight a same type of player. please do your research. tyreke isnt a shooter like knight and knight isnt a swagger or slasher like tyreke
