I would love to see Leonard falling to the Jazz at #12. That would be crazy! Otherwise, Thompson, Singleton and Burks would be solid too.

Yeah, this mock does not play out well for OKC. I figure here that they either go BPA for Faried or possibly move the pick for someone else to take Faried.

Getting Motiejunas at 20 would be nice. He's got his fair share of warts but he seems like he could be a decent 3rd big on a good team.

Yeah, he is great value here. If you had told me 6 months ago that Motiejunas might be available at #20, I'd have told you that you were an idiot. His poor workout the other day was a killer. He already had question marks about his desire, he did not need to add more question marks.

If he gets some fire inside him, he can be a multiple time all star. In this draft, even with the question marks, he should never fall to #20 IMO.

Why? A rugged big willing to do the dirty work is exactly what NY needs. They had Shawn Williams covering big men last year.

What's your take on Reggie Jackson and Travis Leslie?

Jackson is a talented tweener who could carve out a Jason Terry type role if the team that picks him is smart enough to not try to force him to be a playmaking PG. I do not see him as a PG at the NBA level. He has some point guard skills, but he is definitely an undersized SG IMO. He has all the tools to be a big time scorer though.

Leslie is another guy who possesses a ton of athleticism, but not nearly the basketball skills to go with it that Jackson has. He is a little taller and more ready to be a SG right out of the gate. The question though is if he has the basketball skill to become a player or if he is the SG version of Stanley Robinson. All athleticism, no basketball. If he can put it all together and continue to improve his skills, he could be a poor man's Dwyane Wade. He is a similar athlete and has a similar body type to Wade and plays with the same kind of hoop attacking abandon. He will need a lot of work though to get to that point. His handle and his shooting need to improve to play SG at the NBA level.

Furkan Aldemir said he'll enter the draft next year to improve his game and to be picked at the first round. I only have a Turkish source though.

Thanks for the info, both are projected to be late 1sts-early 2nds with Jackson having a chance to go in early 20's. Right?

I'd say both will go somewhere between 25 and 40.

Cammo, since Biyombi is recently measured at 6'8.31" without shoes and thats the same height as Amare Stoudemire, Blake Griffin n Al Jefferson's barefoot, will he be better to list him at 6'10" instead?

Kevin Love who's 6'7.75" barefoot is listed at 6'10"; Tyrus Thomas is 6'7.25" barefoot is listed at 6'10"; Turiaf who's 6'8" barefoot and Chris Wilcox who's 6'8.25" barefoot are both listed at 6'10". In fact Biyombo's height in shoes is 6'9.6" which is pretty close(less than 1cm) to 6'10"

Not sure about Vesely. I doubt he'll have any impact on the defensive n offesive end in NBa. too skinny and his offensive skill s are too raw. He pretty much depends entriely on ahtleticism, that doesnt work in NBA. especially at SF

Keith Benson higher than Jeremy Tyler??

Turn around fade away from either shoulder
Up and under McHale move
Dream Shake
Mid range jumper

Thats too raw?

6'11" 245lbs is just not skinny IMHO. I just dont see Vesely as a SF in his prime. Maybe in his early 20s but he plays much more like Kevin McHale or Shawn Kemp than Pippen and Mullin.

I'm surprised to see Jenkins so low. As far as I have been able to gather, he's considered a better prospect by most than guys like Selby, Joseph and even Norris and Smith. I would love to see Detroit grab him instead of the malcontent Selby at 33.

I'm starting to feel like it would be a mistake for Vernon Macklin not to get drafted. I think he's a guy that could actually make an NBA roster and have a shot at contributing.

I think the Kings would grab Jimmer over Leonard, and I'd say if Detroit passes on him, Biyombo's best chance is at 11, but that's just my 2 cents.

I don't totally disagree with anything you have said here. The undersized SG's in the late first, early second are pretty much interchangeable. It will be a case of beauty being in the eye of the beholder with these guys.

I'd take Macklin over ahandful of guys I currently have mocked, but I am not so sure he would actually make a team.

Sacramento will take Kemba, Jimmer, or Kawhi. Which is a big mystery.

Cammo, I just saw Andy Katz on Sportscenter state that there is a real chance that Cleveland selects Williams with the #1... I know there is always a chance for everything, but do you see it happening? It would put Minny in a bad situation imo..
